Male, first time getting my cut at this salon. Best haircut I have had in the last 10 years. I have normally gone to the "chain" hair salons/barbers that you see all around the country. But on Monday 05/11/2020 was the first day that Florida opened the hair salons and barbers because of the closure for the virus. The large barber/stylist chains I had been going to for 10 years were not opening for several more days so I contacted Timeless Salon 4 corners on Sunday 05/10/2020 when I heard the news about the opening and was able to make an appointment with Teresa. My hair was twice as long as it usually was because of the closure because of the virus, but the hair cut was better than I have had in many years. This is my first time there, and it is a small shop set back in a group of stores. Newett Did my hair and she did a fabulous job! I am very hard to please when it comes to having my hair done, and I've been to a lot of salons and she is one of the best! So I highly recommend this salon, especially this hairdresser. Stylist Sarah was amazing at helping with suggestions while still making sure I was happy with the process. My hair turned out even better than I could imagine! I went to Theresa today, first time at the salon and first time with her. She is very calm, doesn't talk to much but makes average small tall which for me is AWESOME. I love how nuce and gentle she was, she listened to every concern I had. I asked her if she could not shampoo it but could wet it because I have fashion color and she flat ironednit and dry cut it. She point cut to not take out too much length. She listened to every, single, concern. My hair went from ugly to beautiful. I actually had a appointment to can I have highlights, actually talking with my stylist she recommended owner only! So nice when you can go somewhere and someone can give you great advice without thinking they have to give you a service that you really don't need! Eric at Timeless Salon, is worth the 4 hours drive from Ft Myers where I moved to from the Orlando area. In Davenport he is just 10 minutes away from the Animal Kingdom. I am known as hard to please, but he is a perfectionist, he listens to me, and then goes to work artistically on my hair. No matter what new style I bring him, or variation I want to an old style, he gets it done! I could not recommend stringer! I will never recommend this salon. Michelle and Kim in particular are very unprofessional and down right cruel. I felt as if I had stepped onto the set of the mean girls movie. Michelle had agreed to give me a perm. I arrived on time for my appointment. I could tell right away there was a problem. I noticed Michelle was discussing me with her colleagues. Michelle calls me over and washes my hair (while washing my hair Michelle and her colleagues were gossiping about a client who had cancer. UNPROFESSIONAL) then sits me down in the chair and goes over to Kim, who is the owner. Kim comes over and immediately starts saying, very loudly, absolutely not, absolutely not over and over. I didn't know what she was on about. Michelle was being a mute the entire time. Then Kim proceeds to lecture me about perms and flat out refuses to service my hair. It is totally a salons prerogative to not service you, but my issue is, Michelle had seen my hair the day I made the appointment for the perm and had no issue. Then suddenly after washing my hair at my appointment goes to the owner, Kim, to come over and chew me out. It was bizarre to say the least. Here's what the real problem was, it was 2pm and Michelle didnt want to do my perm because she didnt want to have to stay late. That's it. Instead of Michelle explaining to me like a rational person would have that there wouldn't be time, she decided to get Kim to be nasty to me in front of everyone in the salon. I made my initial appointment based upon the rave reviews from other Yelpers. I was NOT disappointed. Alicia styled my hair -- a basic wash, cut and blow dry. She did an amazing job with my very straight hair. She gave me layers, texture and style! I also opted for a pedicure by Jessie. While they provide her with an unorthodox arrangement for mani/pedis, she did a fabulous job. It would only have been better if she had her own dedicated space to do her work. They prefer you to make an appointment ahead of time, possibly by a day. I walked in and they took care of me immediately. Erick was very pleasant and friendly. I do not recommend this salon to anyone! Kim cut my SO SHORT! Told her I don't want my hair cut short. Kim said, don't worry it will be half way down my neck. Well BS !!!! She took off ALL of my hair!!!! Then the highlights came out over processed!! My hair went from dark brown to WHITE streaks. So if you want to pay $100 for a terrible hair cut and have all your hair cut off and ruined because Kim doesn't listen to what you want, by all means frequent this shop. read more

The people were friendly enough, though my stylist was late to the salon. My disappointment was the unscrupulous charging. I booked about $30 worth of services, and even though I didn't change my request and was never asked if I wanted anything more, the end total came out to $55. I got charged here and there for things I never added to my appointment and was never made aware of the additional charges until it was too late to decline. Silently padding clients' bills to almost double is terrible. read more

Thanks to Yelp, I have found my new hair stylist at Timeless Salon. SO VERY HAPPY!!!! Finding a new hair stylist is always stressful. So I was searching Yelp and Google reviews for awhile. I was impressed with all the reviews regarding all the stylists, but I just happened to choose Alicia. When I called to make an appointment, she happened to be the one who answered the phone. So yes...it was a good start. I described what I wanted to do with my hair and the color and Alicia proved her ability with EXCELLENCE!!!! I almost cried happy tears because when she showed me the color after drying my hair...it was exactly what I had wanted. The price was very reasonable as well. I have paid way too much in the past for less happiness with the colors and cuts by others who didn't come close to Alicia's talent. Highly recommend Alicia!!
