    Front of hair

    Really clean and well kept shop. Kind and friendly staff, Covid safe and taking precautions to stop the spread. Only concern is the actual hair cut. Asked for a trim, no more than 2 inches, and to have my hair cut slanted from my bangs to the back. One half of my head looks really good and really well done, other half looks half assed and quickly done. I would highly suggest thoroughly checking your hair without the black apron before you leave. Love the store, just disappointed.

    They BUTCHERED my daughter-in-law's hair!!!! She asked for LAYERS, and THIS is what she did to her!!!

    This place is a JOKE!!! The stylist did NOT do what she was asked to do. She had an ATTITUDE the ENTIRE time!!!! Then she BUTCHERED my daughter-in-law's hair, even after they warned her that her hair is a HUGE part of her NATIVE AMERICAN CULTURE!!!! They are REFUSING to refund her money, and instead DEMANDING that she return to get it fixed!!! She has severe anxiety, and she is EXTREMELY UPSET AND PISSED about this!!! We are now considering SUING the salon for violating her cultural rights and causing physical and emotional harm!!!! **UPDATE** Got the refund, but will still NOT be returning to this place. It is a BARBER shop, not a salon. And the manager needs to go back to school and learn what layering REALLY is, as she even tried claiming that this was layering!!! My daughter-in-law's been getting her hair layered since she was a CHILD, and it has NEVER been done this way. This is what my dad would call "HALF-ASS". Ladies, if you want your hair to look decent, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Their "stylists" are only allotted 15 minutes per cut, 25 minutes max if shampooing, too. This is NOT a salon. It is a BARBER SHOP.

    Arrive before closing

    When you go to their site to check in online, if you try to do so in the last 30 minutes, you get a message like in my picture saying to "arrive before closing to receive service." They close at 6; that means you should be able to arrive between 5:30-5:59 and still receive service. I arrived at 5:50 and was told that they were not taking any more customers because they close at 6. I told them what their website says. She told me "I'M TELLING YOU that we are booked and close at 6." I just walked out. If you don't mean "arrive before closing to receive service" then don't put that on your website!!! ORRRR hire stylists who care more about their customers, good customer service, AND following company policy rather than making sure they're out the door at 6 on the dot. You're in a customer service industry- it should be understood that the time that the time the business closes is not necessarily the time that you get to leave. Ask anyone in retail, hospitality, or food service. Website should just say "arrive before closing to receive service if our stylists aren't too busy to help you or in a rush to get home."

    I usually wouldn't leave a review for a barber shop, but even when I showed her pictures she couldn't get it right. My hair was plenty long enough for what I wanted to get done. I mean it's hair and it'll grow back. Don't go in there expecting nothing more than a military style cut. You've been warned, folks!

    The staff here are always professional and great with my kiddos. I'm not thrilled about kids cuts being 12 dollars but it's worth it at the end of the day. The online check in is a nifty new feature. Makes the check in so much smoother. The products are pricey but no more than any other salon. Thanks for always doing a great job!

    Hair Children's Haircut

    So I had an appointment for a barber but they cancelled me the morning of, so I had no time to schedule another appt somewhere for my son. I tried this place for convenience and I came to regret it 100%. I asked for a fade trim the top. Immediately they shaved the top off.. okay fine maybe we can fade into that. There was no edge up! Looked like someone just shaved it all off and said done. I felt bad because the guy had very shaky hands when I went up to check on everything. I had to end up telling him never mind just stop. I'm not sure the protocol here at this place but now that I've checked out reviews I see it's a free for all. It's my mistake cutting my sons hair the day of Christmas photos but I'm so regretful! Thankfully another hair place was a few blocks over and I was suggested by a person in the parking lot to go there. I will never ever be back. This place had me in tears of frustration and that's my mistake for thinking otherwise.

When I asked her if this was necessary to make a purchase she just gave me this blank look and said yes. I walked out and will never come back. Last time I was there I had a service plus bought about $250 worth of products. Just went there as most places are closed on Sundays. No problem, I'll never return
