Review on Lindsay--I have been to this salon a few times, and every single time I've had to go back…read moreand get something fixed. I never complained publicly before because I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was completely different and honestly unacceptable. I went in asking for the exact same color I had the last time after it was corrected previously. I booked a full highlight and root touch-up. I'm blonde with a little strawberry tone and some low lights . Instead, my roots were turned bright red while my highlights came out white/gray and extremely uneven. My roots are still dark in areas as well. I also had my eyebrows tinted like I always do, but this time they came out horrible. When I politely pointed out that my roots looked bright red and my hair looked brassy, the stylist immediately became defensive and tried to tell me "it's the same as last time" and that my "eyebrows are basically blonde." Instead of listening to my concerns, she became aggressive while fixing it by yanking my head and pulling my hair roughly when she attempted to fix it my hair turned out like this ( see photos) it's still no where near good. I left the appointment crying in my car. I recently had surgery and just wanted to feel pretty again, and this experience made me feel the complete opposite. I also want to mention how uncomfortable the salon environment is in general. Every time I've been there, most of the stylists openly talk badly about clients after they leave -- calling women fat, ugly, and tearing apart their appearances. The only person I did not witness participating was a blonde woman with shoulder-length hair. Today, before an elderly client even arrived, the owner, Teresa, was speaking negatively about her to the staff, talking about how she "hates" the client, criticizing her personal habits, and mocking the woman's husband for attending appointments with her. The client even brought Teresa a turquoise bracelet as a thoughtful gift, and after she left, Teresa continued making fun of her for that as well. A salon should be a place where women feel uplifted and confident, not judged and humiliated. I think professionalism, consistency, and kindness matter in this industry, and unfortunately I did not experience any of those things here. They did give me a refund but I am still posting this because even with a refund it's still completely unacceptable and the stylist didn't even apologize for completely messing everything up)

I'm in the middle of a house remodel so it was crazy trying to find time to let Riley know. I finally sent her text and pics about 10 days later. She got me in Friday and tried to redo that area and was going to send me out with a wet head!? I didn't come in with a wet head why would I leave with one. You missed a vital area on my hair. So they asked if I was getting blow dried!? Well, yuhhh since I came in with dried hair. So this is irritating because as a salon why would you not want your client leave looking great than with a wet head of hair. So much to my dismay one girl started blow drying me because my stylist had a haircut in the chair. So then the girl who started had to get to her client. Then another did partial and had to get back to her client. Then Riley 20 min later semi finished my hair dried. I get to the front to pay for an $18 brow wax and I'm told $40 for my blow dry!! ?? WOW... just WOW! And notice the brown streak still in my hair!

My stylist finished early and was calling her next client to see if they could come in sooner, so I was surprised to see an additional $20 charge for covering my roots. I've never been charged an extra fee for this at any other salon. I also purchased a bottle of shampoo that was 25% off. When I was checking out, I thought the shampoo was being separated from my service total, but apparently it wasn't, so I ended up tipping on the shampoo as well. There was also an additional charge of approximately $10 on my receipt that I still can't identify or explain. To be clear, Olya was great and did a phenomenal job on my hair. I was very happy with the result. However, the pricing and unexpected additional charges were disappointing. If you're considering this salon, I would strongly recommend asking for a detailed breakdown of pricing beforehand. Unless you're prepared to spend quite a bit, there may be more reasonably priced options elsewhere.

Men's cut - Hands down the BEST cut he's ever had! It even grows out beautifully, which says a lot about the skill behind it. 2. Women's cut - The attention to detail was amazing. These women are truly masters of their craft! 3. Partial highlight - Absolutely gorgeous! The color is perfectly balanced, my hair looks healthier, and I couldn't be happier with the results. 4. Eyebrow/lip wax - Expertly done. Our adult daughter really appreciated how carefully it was applied, at just the right temperature, with perfect results. All three of us are so impressed--we'll be loyal clients for as long as they're in business! We are thrilled to have found Tatiana, Olya, and all of the other wonderful staff!
