Even though if you don't check in online average waiting time is no more than 15 to 20 minutes which is quite good and quick service. But they all want to finish up with you as soon as possible(within 10 minutes) so basically they just do what you ask for! They don't suggest you anything that suits you and your personality! I just went to get layers in my hair. As simple as that. This girl cut so much of my hair off, and didn't even make the sides even. AT ALL. None of the layers are the same, not even the bottom layers are even close to being the same length. It's honestly so embarrassing that I have to go to work like this. Stopped in with my son, gave phone number, she was ready to go walk us back back when another customer comes in. The gal asks if he checked in online (he did) and she proceeds to take him back. My son and I didn't have enough time to go separately so he got his haircut while I sat. There appeared to be a third stylist but she was on the phone. Just terrible. Been here before, but his time it was really terrible. Made online reservation. Came in and still have to wait. They have six to seven workers. I got skipped a few time times and the last one was a person the just walked in without a reservation. Came here a couple weeks ago. I really didn't like how my hair turned out. I've been here once before this and the girl who cut my hair did a fine job. This time though, it didn't look well trimmed. Yes, the layers are even when I pull up my hair, but there's just a heavy choppy look to my hair when I wear it down; the layers don't look like they blend well together. She also didn't blow dry my hair after cutting, so I couldn't really tell how it looked until after I got home. I'm disappointed and I'm looking for a new place to fix this choppy look. I have been using the same lady for 6 years to cut my sons hair. Vanessa is her name and she currently works at this location but has been with great clips for many years. This placed opened up walking distance from my house. Went in for a hair cut, the receptionist said, "hi did you make an online appointment?" I replied, "no, I'm a walk in." She says, "have you been with us before?" I said, "I've been with great clips, but not to this location." She gave an annoyed looked, handed me a card and said, "fill this out." It was a simple information sheet.... I handed it back to her and she said, "great, I'll put in your information, the waits not too long we'll call you soon." She never input my information. First of all, for this being a chain hair cutting place their prices are way too high . They charged separately for a wash and a blow-dry and for a haircut that isn't even Salon quality . All I wanted was for a woman who cut my hair too trim the dead ends off. Her name was Reem and she was very nice. However she cut my hair which wasn't a bad haircut but then proceeded to put three different types of hair product. Then she blow-dried my hair and round brushed it. My hair was still frizzy and all she did was add volume to it. So I walk out with big frizzy hair looking like I got my hair done in some Texas salon. And then paid over $60 for my oily big hair. She was nice and I was still nice back but I definitely think if you want to get a decent haircut with a decent blow dry, do not go here! they obviously do not train their employees well enough or don't take pride in their work. my hair looked better before I went in there. read more

Walked in and the lady at the counter asked if I had ever been there before. I told her no and gave her my info and she told me it would be a short wait. There were two other people ahead of me and a couple of people in chairs already. I finally got called up after a 30 minute wait. The lady that did my hair was kinda rough and I'm not sure if it was really her or her clippers because it kept snagging against my head. After the third time it snagged I think she could tell I was not enjoying that particular aspect because she switched clippers. When she was finished I asked her if I could get a shampoo to get rid of some of the clippings still in my hair and the lady said yes but it cost extra. She didn't seem like she wanted to do it so I just let it go. When I got home and showered I noticed in the mirror that there was a section that was longer than the rest. I went back the next day and the lady who cut my hair wasn't there. I asked if I could get that little patch fixed and the lady at the counter told me I would have to wait about 20 minutes. When I got into a chair the lady that was fixing my hair told me she had to fix a couple of clients that my previous girl had messed up because she is new and still learning. Not really interested in going back now if I'm going to have to wait so long each time, get a mediocre job, and pay the same as other places that do better. read more

They destroyed my sons hair. It looks like a two year old took scissors to his head. Will never ever go back. I had seen warnings from locals in my city posted on Facebook pages about this place but I thought, "they can't possibly be that bad." We were just getting a simple touch up on my sons hair. Nothing crazy, he has straight, short hair , and we just wanted it cleaned up a bit. OMG it's so bad that it's hard to even look at him. We might have to go and get it all buzzed off because I think it's beyond repair at this point. Sad to say, I was not happy or satisfied although I was looking for a great experience. One month ago I moved to the area and was reluctant to try a new place. I went in on Friday night. It was quite busy, so I was excited to use the app to CHECK-IN the next day! That worked wonderfully. Showed up and within 15 minutes I was in the chair! HOWEVER, the lady (whose name I will only reveal to the manager when I call in today) was pleasant at first. Then she began to share her frustrations with her Mother. They had an argument and because of something silly she shared they are now no longer going to dinner together that evening. She used a word to describe her that I shall not put in print. Needless to say, regarding the haircut - I will now be going back to my old place near my job in Garden Grove. The haircut was completed in 5 minutes. 5 MINUTES!!!! Are you kidding me, who does a haircut in 5 minutes. I might have been happy to get in and get out in that time frame - IF - the cut was done well. However, it was not. From one side to the other it is not even. Also, from the sides flowing to the back of my head it has a stark contrast looking as if I have a bushel of hair on the back of my head standing out from the thin sides. Horrible! I took my daughter for a hair cut, and the stylist did the exact opposite of everything I ask for and then some. I asked her to trim my daughter's bangs a little below her eyebrows and add layers to the back. She ended up trimming her bangs way above her eyebrows and very uneven, and no layers. I sit down and wait for them to come to the front desk and then they tell me that they will no longer be serving for the rest of the night. I do have to say this place is a relief from the usual places I get my haircut from in town. Today was my second time in I had marcella cut my hair. The whole staff is great and friendly. I had no idea What do do with my hair Marcella gave me a few suggestions and I love it I have a style that is up to date haha.
