Customer service is lacking to say the least, hair cuts are "so-so", hardly ever the same stylists
Went in on a Sunday evening on a walk in basis for my husband to get his hair cut; which we've done many times and never used the online check-in. Realized tonight, the good ol days of being able to walk in and get a quick cut are over and you will be waiting...and waiting...and waiting like we did. Don't advertise as a walk in salon/barber if that's not what you are (anymore).
Here's the real beef I have: when we came in and talked to one of two stylists who also handle their counter should have told use then they were expecting THREE online check-ins to arrive and they would be getting their cuts before my husband, so we may be waiting a while (no one was waiting at this time) but she said nothing leaving us to think it wouldn't be too long. As they were finishing up the cuts they were working on, in came the online checks ins (which they saw before him).
While we were waiting, the time passed to which they switched off their open sign and continued cutting hair. When the 2nd stylist was done and cleaning up her station we thought was for my husband but it actually ended up being because she was LEAVING!! She was going to leave and make us wait for the other stylist to finsh up the 3rd online check in (who she just sat in her chair)-- none of which was communicated to us the entire time we sat their looking like idiots because we didn't online check in. We ended up getting up and just walking out with no cut hair.
TBH I would have rather left without my husband's hair cut, it was clear to me (who has NO experience cutting hair) that these ladies were either not the best hair cutters OR just doing half ass jobs since it was the end of their day read more
