Each time I leave her chair, I have no surprises. My hair looks rich, vibrant, and healthier after each visit. When I left other shops, my hair was sometimes dark or blonde. It is hard to make your hair look naturally beautiful if it changes every few months. Oh, and her head and neck massage is to die for. The shop is clean and has a spa vibe. It has stylists, barbers, and nail technicians in front and masseuses and estheticians in the back. Everything is very clean. All of the staff are friendly. I hate going into a shop and not being spoken to because you are not their client. As soon as you walk through the door, Sonja or someone will greet you. I'm so happy I found this place and Sonja.

Hand sanitizer is readily available and these measures helped put me at ease. Lola was my hair stylist and I'll definitely be going back to her. She was great! I asked for subtle highlights and a cut and she gave me exactly what I asked for. We had a great time talking about music and hobbies.
