Same quality haircut as I get at any Great Clips. That's why I go - they already have notes telling them how I like it. And to be fair, it's not like my hairstyle is complicated. Friendly service, consistent quality and a good price (especially with a coupon). read more

I had the sudden urge to cut my hair at home, and my bangs did not end up the way I would have liked, so instead of making it worse, I finally decided to make a trip to great clips in hopes that they can fix it. Kristie was my stylist and she did a great job of blending in my bangs and giving me an amazing hair cut. I still cannot justify $50+ on a haircut and they may say you get what you pay for, but Kristie gave me an amazing haircut for $24. My partner also got his hair cut by her and it looked really good and he was happy with the results. There was a slight wait, I did put us on the waitlist through their website so we maybe waited 15-20 minutes, but if you did a walk in the wait would've been over 100 minutes. People were being checked in when they arrived so the staff is attentive. If you're looking for a cheap hair cut, give this great clips location a shot. I've always left pleased. read more

horrible. I wanted a much shorter haircut as I needed to get a lot of dead hair off. I showed them the picture of what I wanted. She told me it would be easy. It took about 30 minutes. when I was done, I got in my car and started sobbing. It looks absolutely nothing like what I asked for. It looks absolutely chopped. It's way too short, and she only asked to look at the reference photo once. overall they were very friendly and nice. But she continued to cut my hair without asking me my thoughts or opinions and made it way too short overall. Thankfully, my hair grows fast, but I will definitely not be going back. read more

I made an appointment online but when I went to check in, it was just gone fine it happens but I was here so I went in inside. The lady takes forever to come to me. Fine you're helping someone I don't get mad. I tell her I made an appointment but can't find it. She looks since she doesn't see one and then shrugs. We sit there in silence for like a minute and a half two minutes when I'm finally like OK can I make one now and she looks around the room shrugs again and then kind of have shakes her head but does not reply to me we sit there for another few minutes with her, not saying anything just kinda like I can't do anything for you before. I'm just like fine I'll find somewhere else. She was completely dismissive completely disrespectful. There was only two people there I did not mind waiting. I wasn't upset that the appointment disappeared. Maybe I did something wrong there. But now I just count myself grateful because at least I didn't have to get my haircut by her. read more

This company is a train wreck. The people that work here get paid nothing. They're treated like shit and will treat you just as bad. Great clips have no longevity. The employees are all counting the ninutes until they can quit. There appears to be sucks and is just horrible. Go anywere else fur a haircut. Also don't over tip. They don't appreciate it. Good luck read more

Very nice haircut for the price. My stylist was very professional and had a great attitude and was fun to talk to.

A black woman cut my hair very sharply, roughly. She cut my hair terribly. She shaved my bangs high. The haircut took 5-7 minutes read more

This is the barber shop I always go to to get a fresh cut. I have not had any issues regarding the cut. I like to change up my hair style often, and I have been generally satisfied with how my hair cut came out. I also like to check in online which I highly recommend. Not only does it give you an idea of how long the wait it, but it also holds your place in line without actually having to be at the location. I checked in all the way at my school 15 minutes away and by the time I got there, I was next in line. The only reason I did not give a 5 was a because of an issue I had with one of the barbers. They asked me what I am studying in school. I told her medicine, then she started to judge my character as a future doctor. She was telling she had a cough (which I believe she should not be working because she is working in close contact with the customers). I gave a courtesy laugh because I did not know how to respond to what she had just revealed to me. Then she proceeded to tell me that I should not laugh at her issue or whenever a patient tells me their problems. First of all, she was not a patient and second, I know how to act in a professional setting. I am here to get a haircut and that is it. Not to be critiqued on my etiquette around others. One more issue I had with her was the she said she would not want me to be her doctor because I am young and don't have the experience. Well duh, I am still in school and had several years ahead of me before I am able to hold the title of doctor. I was really irked by this comment because she judges people based on their appearance. However, I bit my tongue and said nothing...until now (this review allowed me to vent...thank you for reading my vent!). This was a one time issue and I have not seen her since. In turn, I am okay with coming here and would actually recommend coming here. read more

This place sucks so bad if you guys are planning to come here this place sucks I took my 11-year-old son to take a haircut. He had long beautiful hair and we showed her a photo. And she said that looks ugly and I'm gonna try to do it. I said ok. and then she cut my sons beautiful hair and cut it and so he's bald and when I asked her multiple times to give the hair because she said it looks ugly. read more

I took my two-year-old daughter here to get a haircut. I was checked in and waited 20 minutes before the other stylist came over and told me my two-year-old needed to wear a mask. I let her know that it was not a requirement for someone that young to wear a mask. She refused to cut my daughters hair after I waited all that time. This store is ridiculous. They have lumps of hair on the carpet and the service is horrible. If I could give it a negative*I would. Avoid avoid avoid!!! read more

Hey I didn't come in with high expectations. It was a few years ago that I was traumatized from a haircut from great clips. Specially the 16th street location. After that I began cutting my own hair. I didn't do bad but I'm the point where it is probably not good to continue that. I've been jumping around barbers from different price ranges and different qualities for past few months. I did enjoy a few of them and some were mediocre. I've even had to pay 30 for a bad haircut recently so I essentially gave up on expensive places since my wallet can't afford that and it's not that great of a cut. I came in on a weekday night and not that busy. I had a great haircut here and for a fraction of the price. It's not perfect but it's better than the other haircut I mentioned above. I'm definitely going to be returning here in the future! read more

write a review about the hair stylist? .. hmmm.. why not.. this location is so close,.. and they frequently have lots of coupons or specials and I m here always.. hardly anywhere else. you can check there hours, how long the wait is.. and also they will store your hair cutting preferences so you dont have to re-describe everything. read more

This Hair Dresser is amazing. You can definitely get a very good hair cut here and the price is very good. I can very recommend Karen. She is very nice, you can have a very good talk and the result will be awesome. Check it out.! read more

Tony was super rude the entire time I was getting my hair cut. Definitely will not be returning, not only was my haircut absolutely horrible but so was the customer service. read more

Debra cut my hair perfectly! She really knows her stuff when it comes to a great cut. Best stylist ever! Thank you Debra. You're a pro.

My family and I have been coming here for a few years. I brought in all three kids and myself; they got us in and out on busy Sunday faster than set a of 7yr brothers can say "Hey that's mine, I'm telling". The staff is friendly and fast and they do a consistently good job on our cuts. Would definitely recommend them. read more

Great thing about them is you can check-in before you go and they will know that you are coming. Affordable, Quick & Good service.

I gave this place 5 changes before moving on. The people are pretty friendly but inconsistent on the cut.

walked in just to get a simple fade and trim and ended up coming out knicked and uneven. the problem im having with great clips is they rush through a haircut like there on a time limit... the guy that cut my hair got me in there in less then 10 minutes which is convenient but the quality of the haircut was horrible.... it wasn't busy when i went there but everytime i go there they rush through a haircut like my haircut is like fast food..... great clips is like the fastfood of haircuts... and your better then fast food... your prime rib. go somewhere where they will take time on your hair.. read more

HORRIBLE at cutting little boy's hair. I took my three year old in and they butchered his hair. This was after the fact that , before checking in, I warned them I need someone good with boys hair because it has been butchered in the past. On top of that, the woman basically man handled his head while trying to cut it and really upset him. He usually loves getting his hair cut but this was the worst experience ever. read more

I took my daughter here for a hair cut. The stylist did a fine job at cutting her hair. It was the overall attitude in the place that I am giving it only 2 stars. There was an older woman who was assisting me and when she struggled with the computer or had questions the other women in the salon rolled their eyes at her and huffed when she asked for help. Everyone of them seemed unhappy with even being there. Not a smile or welcoming face among all of them. Needless to say despite the stylist doing good work we won't be back based on poor customer experience. read more

Worst hair cut In have had in probably 20 years. The lady with the fake blond hair and tattoos doesn't listen at all. I said to take a finger thinkness off, she instead chopped my hair today within a finger width of my head. She also cut my son twice with scissors/clippers. She kept looking at her phone the whole time One of the most careless hair stylists I have ever experienced. read more

9:00 AM going for a hair cut. Loud heavy metal music playing. Screaming. Ewwwwww. I mentioned this to the employee and her "solution "well this song will be over soon." Sorry that really doesn't reflect putting the customers first does it? I hope you enjoyed listening to YOUR heavy metal but you have lost some loyal customers because you need to hear your lame music. Instead of walk ins we will be walk outs. read more

This place is a joke. I checked in online for all it's worth. Employees are too busy talking to each other to help customers. I waited over 30 minutes and walked out. But before leaving I did use the restroom-which was DISGUSTING. If the rest of the salon is as dirty as the restroom, I can't see how the Board of Health passes their inspection. I'll never return. read more

Went here to get my 4 and 5 year old's hair trimmed. Nothing fancy, just a few inches off the back. I warned the stylists that the kids were scared and didn't have hair cuts often (I think this was their 2nd haircut ever, they are girls with long hair). Two different people took care of each kid. Jennifer did great and was super nice, my kid was in and out of chair quickly. The other stylist, George, must not understand that a frightened kid does not respond well to threats and that its not easy to hold still at that age. She was twitching and didn't keep her head all the way down 100% of the time. His tone kept getting ruder and more forceful as he warned her over and over that he was going to cut off more and more of her hair if she didn't hold still. She was tearing up at this point so I held her head straight for her. He then advised me in an annoyed tone that I was not holding her head straight enough. Seriously dude? I couldn't have made this guy happy sitting in the chair. Jennifer had no trouble with the younger, twitchier kid. I asked him to remember she was a kid and nervous and he advised me that he was a father and this was how he dealt with his kids. I told him my kid did not respond well to strangers speaking to her like that. He called me irrational and a few other names. I was just done at this point. My kid's whole hair cut experience was ruined; I would just take her some where else with someone who could handle a kid who can't sit perfectly still. I told him we were done and not to cut anymore of her hair. He refused to take the smock off, voice growing louder as he told me how unreasonable I was and that someone else could finish the hair cut. I said no, just take the smock off. His voice grew louder still as he called me crazy over and over, the entire place now looking at us. I took her out of the chair and left after paying for the first cut, I couldn't get out of there fast enough. If you have a kid who can't sit still, ask for someone other than George. P.S. George, a crying kid will sit still even less than a happy kid. Also, escalating the situation with an unhappy customer by calling them names is not a professional response. read more

It seems like people rely more on tools than actual skill. Absolutely no skill. I asked for my hair to be trimmed really short.( Cos it's summer u know ). Once she was done with cutting the hair, she just couldn't even them out. Just uneven hair, knew she couldn't do anything about it. So i was just polite and left. read more
