I love how well run their administrative team is, making it very easy to communicate our needs, schedule and coordinate specialty cleaning. They have a system to notify you before the appointments, as well as when they will arrive. Not to mention, this team does a fabulous job thoroughly cleaning our house every single time. They also help us with plant watering, which is very convenient. With that in mind, running an Airbnb means you need cleaning support that meets a quality standard, and is 100% consistent. With ACP, we feel that we can run this out as a team and trust that we will always know the price, what is being done, and that our guests will always be pleased. Who does that these days!Anyway, though I was already impressed with the lengths he was willing to go to in order to secure the client, I didnt have high hopes that he would be able to get out some old stubborn stains that were on our carpets.
