Getting 8 people together with everyone's busy schedules is already difficult, and not being able to reschedule without paying a $75 fee is insane. The host was fun and entertaining, but the volume is way too loud, and the echo makes it difficult to hear. One team still had a round left to play on the Drop & Game, and they couldn't hear us yelling that the game wasn't over yet. They should also offer to take pictures of each individual team. However, it was a nice touch that they put "Happy Birthday" on the board and took pictures for us! The drinks were overpriced, but we expected that, and outside drinks aren't allowed. It would be more fun if they allowed cocktails from the food hall, though! Overall, there was a nice variety of games, and we had a good experience. With a few improvements, it could be even better!

I've been to 3 different rooms here, including Scooby Doo (kids version), Mona Lisa, and Budapest. All are very, very immersive and well done. I'm sure we would've made it out with about 5 more minutes and if we had moved a bit quicker - which you'll understand once you do the room. We didn't expect it to be as in depth as it was, but that definitely added to the fun. The amount of space is definitely deceiving. Downsides, the room was obviously well loved and used, and there was no path follow necessarily (but we didn't mind that as it makes it more realistic). All in all, one of the best rooms we've done in Atlanta. And we'll definitely be back very soon. EDIT: so we came back the same day lol Enigma was very fun! We got out with 41 seconds to spare. We felt almost like we forgot something when the door opened It was around the same difficulty as Atlanta for us, maybe a bit easier. A lot of the props confused us and we got a little frustrated in some places but Kelsey (our second game guide) was helpful. Still a very nice experience!

The employee was nice enough to go ahead and take us, even though he was fully prepared to have no one to tend to. Hats off to him. I really appreciate that. He also turned out to be a super helpful guide/assistant (I forget what they are called) during our game. He gave us a few extra clues when he saw we were kind of stuck. I'd say he went above and beyond. Now, the facilities themselves were a little run down: worn down papers, and water damaged, fraying laminated clues, black light paint fading and hard to see in the provided lighting. The clues and rooms for sure need a refreshing, or renovation, and are not in the best shape. The staff won me over for sure though. It served to be a great first time escape room experience for me, and a great date event for my girlfriend and I.
