I just got home from an oil change... IDK what to think... I was told I HAD to purchase their premium oil change, which of course was quite expensive . I don't think other places in the past have MADE me do that. usually a conventional oil change was just fine. so I'm kicking myself for not questioning more; I feel they took advantage of an "old confused lady" who didn't know what she was doing.... The total cost was twice what I paid 2 weeks ago for my other car's oil change. I had to get it done today, as well be out of town soon. And other places had no room in their schedule for me. I will be careful in the future to schedule an oil change out in advance at a more reasonable place - one where I feel they are not trying to $$$ me. I will say the service was fast...I asked them to inflate my tires, which I suppose they did do as I'm having trouble reading my gauge. read more

Best Place in Town-- Above and Beyond Customer Service! I had my oil changed a few weeks back. they came in and informed me I needed a new air filter. They also told me that they could fix my broken turn signals!!! WOW!! My total was only $72!! They were friendly, quick and informative. I left and went to TJMaxx. When I came out, I had a dead battery because I had left my lights on. My husband was over 30 minutes away. I called GREASE MONKEY. They were at my car in less than five minutes. There are way too many businesses like this one here that sell up charged packages that are NOT necessary to older women. Being a woman in the automotive industry myself, I must say hearing this infuriates me!! Older women, in general come from a time period where they are mostly married "real" men that valued them and took care of their needs and safety. When things broke, their husbands fixed it. This lady and others like her probably never really had to deal with maintaining a vehicle because the man of the house took care of this. When their husbands die they are left not knowing what to do or expect and they put there trust in shops because they trust that since it is a business they will not be taken advantage of. Shame on any business that would use an opportunity and take advantage of an older lady to promote a sale!! You all suck for that. You need to realize that important as it may seem to push them sales, repeat customers bring more money over time than a quick up-sale that ends in a lady feeling taken advantage of. She probably won't come back. She will tell her friends what happened and they won't come either. And after reading her review I would come or recommend this place either!!! read more

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I went to get my front breaks replaced May 11th, 2020. They worked fine but over time didn't work as well and were making noises when I applied the break. I took it to a large dealership on 9/10/2020 and was told that Grease Monkey put the incorrect pads in and that they needed replaced and my rotors needed resurfaced. I contacted the manager to see about getting my money for the service I just had done and was told his manager would reach out. It's been over a month I've called multiple times to his manager and left several messages and NOTHING. I called corporate and was told a supervisor would get back to me and also got nothing. At this point I've filed a complaint with the BBB to get my money back from this SCAM of a business. DON'T GO HERE. read more

Website said they use snap finance. Made an appointment dove all the way there with a broke vehicle. got there and snap wasn't accepted.

We are new to the area. Went to Grease Monkey because they were close to the home we would purchase. Service was fast and because I had veteran plates from out of state they automatically included a veteran discount. We will be taking all our vehicles there, I feel we lucked out by picking our own place without recommendations from friends or locals. read more
