I'm some-what still new to the area and need my car to be serviced for quite sometime now. Luckily I heard about this place from my co-workers and they all say basically "you should run over to Grease monkey, as they do just about everything your car need. But the two things they dont do are balancing tires and state inspections". So since I heard alot of good things about this place, I decided to go and try it for my self. After work I went, saw they we're a lil busy (like about 2 cars ahead of me) but i needed my car to be fix so I didnt have a choice and I didnt mind waiting. But I didnt waste anytime waiting. One of the crew members came out to greet me and what i would like to get done for my car. After the convo with the guy I had, I went inside to have a fresh pot of coffee and freshly baked cookies (which found out the owner's wife makes them, ooo so good) and I sit down and stared reading a book. Sure enough, had to be waiting like maybe 15-20mins till they pull my car in, looked it over and came in to talk to me bout my car (I thought that was quick since there was 2 cars ahead of me). Crew member recommended bout getting my Radiator flushed soon. I didnt have time to do it that day, but I told him can I come back and get it done, which he said yes but dont wait to long. As he told me the cons of not getting it flushed. So about 10mins later (Not Long whatsoever) the guy who I was talking to comes back and tells me I'm good to go and hands me the bill with all the services they did to the car along with recommendations and what they check like, brakes wipers, tire pressure, you name it. Even clean my windows and vacuum my car, which wasnt necessary. That first day really impressed me and I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK HERE for future services and well also the cookies too, THEY ARE THE BOMB. Thank you grease monkey of Fredericksburg. I've been going here for over a decade and have never had an issue with the service or the sense of professionalism displayed by the staff. It's a rare thing these days to have an organization not take you for granted as a customer. Each time you come in they treat you like a valued customer and not just a number to add to the bottom line. A business is usually a reflection of ownership and this facility thrives in old fashioned values and a sense in pride in delivering good, honest work in a timely manner to get you back on the road. In these days where up selling seems to be the standard practice, it's more than refreshing to be briefed on what needs to be addressed rather than the hard sales tactics that so many garages use to pressure their customers. I always take my car here to get to oil changed, because they're fast and efficient friendly and affordable. However when my son came to me and said "mom my car is not working right and it's smoking ."I thought well, i'll take it up there but I don't know if they will able to do anything for me. Not only did they diagnose the problem quickly ,they made all the repairs to the car in two hours and it runs great! Jared was the young man I spoke to at the desk and on the phone . I was very impressed with his customer service Skills. He was polite, friendly ,informative any made all the necessary recommendations based upon their findings. They even took it for a test drive after the repairs were made to make sure that it ran properly. I had a great experience at this Grease Monkey. Danny was an exceptional employee who helped me from the moment I called asking a question to the moment I left the store. I was told a week earlier from Pep Boys that I needed new brake pads and brake fluid. I was hesitant to get this done without a second opinion. Grease monkey was not only honest with me about not needing either of those things but they showed me first hand that my brakes were in compliance and the fluid was within its normal limits. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel welcome the entire time I was there. Today I was in need of an oil change and every place I went had a wait time of 2 hours or more. I decided to go to Grease Monkey and I must say I was absolutely pleased with the service I received. When I pulled up I was greeted by Ben (Manager) who assured me I would be taken care of in 10-15 minutes, which was true. I was so happy with the service I took my other vehicle for an oil change today as well and I was greeted once again but by Ryan whom is absolutely friendly and provides so much reassurance. Justin (Assistant Manager) gave me an explanation on the importance of safety with replacing certain things on my vehicle, such as a belt. This place has incredible service which is hard to find but I'm glad I found them. read more

The guys that work here are all awesome! After having my car broke by two other companies I was scared to go anywhere else but they were Recommended to me by a friend so I gave them a chance. So glad I did! To start I was greeted with a smile by John and his coworkers who all were very professional. They didn't try to rip me off or talk me into more expensive oil change. I went to Grease Monkey today because I was having concerns with my car yanking from side to side. When I got there, one of the people working there greeted me so nicely and I told him what was wrong & he told the mechanic who offered to test drive my car. After the drive, he told me that he didn't hear anything, but would check to see if everything was alright underneath (it was). Turns out it was just really windy today but I'm so grateful for them for being so kind!! I'll definitely be going to get work done here :) read more

I am smiling and I have to tell the world. This morning, I noticed oil on the ground. I called my Ford dealer and was told, they would charge me $150 for a diagnostic and once they find the leak, Ford will give me an estimate. Ouch, that is a lot of money just to see what is wrong. So I contacted Grease Monkey and they told me to bring in my vehicle. A cap was loose and Grease Monkey tighten the screw. NO CHARGE. So guess which business will be doing my work?
