I'm giving this company 1 star as they do not cut my lawn; however, they cut my neighbors lawn. I'd give them ZERO stars if I could. EVERY week, I sit and watch them blow leaves in our lawn without an ounce of respect to step into our lawn and blow them back out so they can dispose of them properly. I'm SURE they see me! Not sure how they think this is cool. I shouldn't have to come outside my home to tell "professional" lawn men to retrieve the leaves they just blew into our lawn regardless if they service it or not. This is disrespectful on so many levels. Learn to be be good neighbors GrazzMaster. Even if I "thought" about converting to this company, I'd say a SOLID no for this factor alone. The neighbors to the other side of us lawn guys purposefully comes into our lawn to blow the leaves back on their side so he can dispose of/cut properly. That's great service and they don't have a company logo truck. read more

After having three lawn services have terrible customer service and quality, I decided to hire Grazz Masters. The first thing I liked, was that they came onsite and walked my property with me and listened to my concerns and what was most important to me. No other service did that! All the others pulled up Google Map photos, got the acreage of the lot and sent me a quote. My yard needed help, so they first charged me for a "Clean Up" to get the yard, flower beds and hedges into their level of quality for them to be able to keep up. That clean up had an instant impact on the quality of my yard and I was instantly happy. It was worth the cost for sure. I scheduled bi-weekly service and after the first one had a few things that weren't as I had hoped, my yard's account manager, Deangelo came onsite that day and walked the property with me, and resolved my concerns immediately. Deangelo, is the type of person who keeps you a customer for life. Since Grazz Masters has been taking care of my lawn, I've only had to contact Deangelo twice (the second time being when their regular team lead was not present and a few things got missed). Once again, immediate call back, and they got it all fixed the next morning at 8AM. That's great customer service. I told Deangelo this morning and I'll tell all of you, they have been the best service I've ever had. As long as they continue to have customer service like this, they've got a customer for life. Very unprofessional. No one ever answers the phone. After sending me an email confirming January 14 as the date to remove leaves on three properties. Never showed up, never called and when I called was told that it was the end of the month and that they didn't even work on the day that I was scheduled for. Way too many options out there for leaf removal to have to put up with such unprofessionalism. read more

I have been with this company for the past 2 years and it has been a roller coaster. Service was great the first year until the end of 2018.. After numerous calls to make the mower higher, my grass still gets burnt! They don't mow in straight lines and seems as if they are doing roller derby in my yard. I pay Tru Green to treat my grass and make it thicker..low and behold here comes these guys cutting it to the dirt...I can't take it anymore. I should have left when the last office manager sent a email blast to all customers saying how she was mistreated and being fired!!!!! SMH!! Not worth the hassle. I've tried to get an estimate since the beginning of April and was scheduled but no one showed up. Called to see what was going on only to be told they did not have me scheduled. Reset another appt. Same thing. This is ridiculous. Also there is an answering service who has to relay messages back and forth but its always the same girl who answers and says she is not in the office or Memphis for that matter! read more

So disappointed in my recent services! I don't know what they have changed in the last month or so but the service has been terrible! I have been charged for services that have not been rendered. The girl that answers the phone always says she's an answering service and will take a message for the owner to call me back but I never get a call back. I used to deal with the office manager who was amazing and attentive but it seems she is not available and they have an answering service now. My husband and I also overheard the owner Walter speaking to our neighbor so badly about his Hispanic workers. He says that they are only good for labor and that he hires only "their kind" because they will work hard for cheap being that most are illegal and took whatever they can get! We were coming out of our garage when we heard him saying this with his back turned to us so he kept going on and on about his disdain for Hispanics, talking loudly and reckless like he had no care in the world nor cared if the workers overheard him, as if he thought they didn't understand him because their English is poor. He did not stop until he seen my neighbor look over his shoulder which prompted him to turn around to see us standing there. My husband asked why would he be so proud of such a thing and he attempted to play it off as a joke saying well you know what I mean. From that day we decided that after our last agreed service that we would no longer keep them on as our lawn care service. Besides the racist comments the owner Walter made, they kept rescheduling us saying they are overbooked and a few times did not show up at all. When they did finally come service us, the job was poorly done as there were only 2 men instead of the usual 4 man crew. The poor crew leader apologized immensely saying that Walter had fired most of the crew and that because of this they were given instructions to only do certain things to stay on schedule. He said that I would have to speak to the owner about our services because he would be in bad trouble if he said something. At the time I wondered what he meant about being in "bad trouble" but now I know...because Walter is racist and the crew leader speaking up may lead to being reprimanded. Moving on, no one ever came to do our last leaf removal (I'm sure this has something to do with him getting caught and confronted by my husband about being racist.) but we were charged anyhow! Now I can't figure out how to get my money back! I guess small claims court will be the final solution. Oh, and most of our street dropped this company for the poor service as of lately as well and some dropped them after hearing how he spoke to the workers not wanting to endorse this kind of behavior. read more
