At 89 years old she was not able to put the pieces together on her own so I did a search online for catering companies in the Sarasota are. I learned quickly that J & T Fresh Catering was located in the St. Petersburg area and thought Chef John would not do a small party so far from his kitchen. However, John said yes. He provided me with a menu to select from. We chose finger foods. We selected the Brie raspberry tarts, deviled eggs, chicken satay and spinach and feta puffs. All were delicious. John had one of his crew members bring the food to us from St. Pete's in a warming box and set up the foods on warming trays equipped with Sterno. She was super helpful and made suggestions for keeping the extra food warm until we ate through the first trays of appetizers. The residents with impressed with the food and the variety of food that J & T Fresh Catering had to offer. I was impressed with the professionalism of John and his staff and the quality of the food.
