We booked Julie to cook us two meals during our recent family reunion in Clearwater. The food was…read moreextremely tasty and well done. She made us Thai one night, and grilled out the next. She also made us a strawberry champagne cake that was devine. Nonetheless, I'm rating her service as three stars because it was extremely expensive for what we got. Also, on the day she grilled for us, there wasn't nearly enough food. We actually ended up ordering in after we devoured what she served. So all in all, all the food was very tasty, but I probably wouldn't go with her again because of the price. Can probably do better from other caterers/chefs.

Not only is she a joy to have in our home once a week, intuitively figuring out my kitchen and utensils, she comes in, makes delicious food (gluten free per our request,) and leaves the kitchen spotless! Her food does not only tastes delicious, but she always makes it look extra appetizing! We have used her now for almost 4 months, making 5 meals per week in our kitchen and she is so creative in making new but appealing meals for us grown-ups and the children! I appreciate how savvy of a grocery shopper she is, making use of ingredients we already have and purchasing items on sale, making this arrangement way more budget friendly than I could have imagined! Still, she consistently purchases the better quality meat, seafood and produce as we have requested. Chef Julie is a delight to communicate with, takes feedback very well and is always a delight. We had a very poor experience with a previous chef here in the area, that was quite high maintenance, so we appreciate Chef Julie's food and attitude! Because of her, I am able to spend much more time with my family! Thank you Chef Julie!!

She worked with me to develop a menu for a small in-home dinner party for my husband's birthday, but that was no easy task. We have a 5 year old, people with picky palates AND a Type 1 Diabetic that doesn't eat fat of any kind. Yeah, good luck with that. She developed the most amazing menu with something for everyone - Seared Ahi tuna appetizers that our 5 year old (FIVE!) gobbled up and my "raw fish is disgusting" husband couldn't get enough of. Grilled swordfish so fresh, flavorful and mild that my husband asked "did she seriously go fishing for this today"? A curried asparagus soup that was so good, my super picky adult son noticed there were some leftovers (which she left for us), grabbed the pot and walked away jokingly saying "this is mine and if you try and take it I will fight you". Ok maybe he was only half joking. But the creme brulee. Oh. My. Gosh. I have had it in some of the best restaurants in America and hers, by far is the best I've ever eaten. Like, by a mile. It was unbelievable. She showed up on time, her price was similar to a dinner at a nice restaurant and, best part? My house was seriously cleaner when she left than when she got there. My kitchen was immaculate, all dishes washed, she even does the FLOORS. I just got to enjoy the evening with zero worries. I cannot possibly recommend her more. AMAZING experience from start to finish.

Every dish was incredible--from the fried deviled eggs, potstickers, and fried shrimp with goat cheese to the perfectly cooked miso sea bass, wasabi mashed potatoes, and green beans. Chef Bruno not only prepared everything to perfection, but he also took the time to explain each dish, some of which were his own family recipes. The timing of the meal was flawless, and he left the kitchen even cleaner than when he arrived. If you're looking for a unique and unforgettable dining experience, I highly recommend Chef Bruno Wu!
