There were a couple things I didn't like and the good news is that I didn't have to order them for the event. We selected a plated service and our confirmed guest list was right at 150, which they had no difficulties handling. We offered 3 options to our guest and I have to say all three of them received high praise. 1. Crab crusted Halibut 2. Braised Short-rib 3. Cornbread Stuffed Chicken A starch, vegetables, rolls and salad made for a great meal. They even offered a cake cutting service which made the entire night feel stress free. We also had a charcuterie board to begin the evening with our cocktail hour and most of that was eaten. Payment options were easy to deal with and although moderately priced everything seemed worth it. Once again Taylor was there every step of the way.
