Laura Thomsen comes every two weeks to cook the menus we choose. (There are other plans - we just chose this one for our needs). Laura is friendly and competent. Everything we have tasted for our meals has been delicious. When we have a few modifications we wish to make (picky husband) she makes the switches cheerfully. After cooking up a storm, Laura leaves my kitchen spotless. I should also say that Larry, the guy who runs the Kansas City Chefs for Seniors is wonderfully approachable and available. While it might seem posh and expensive to have a personal chef, if you do the math, you'll find that getting healthy home-cooked meals from a competent cook is invaluable.
