Once the work was done, we paid for the labor and were considered through. A couple months later, they reached out to me saying that I never paid the diagnostic fee. I told them what the person that scheduled it said and they said that they don't offer services like that for businesses. I said that is what I was told and was led to believe that this issue was put to rest. It is 4 years later and a collections company has now called to collect.
