if I could rate lower on here I would so for now its a 1, if I could rate negative, it would be. My neighbor is the one who hired this (lets just refer to SHEIT SHOW COMPANY (SSC) group to remove a tree from her back yard. In fairness I did give permission to use part of my yard to get to the back (not much room between two homes), with that being said, what I did not ok was using my front yard to drive through, drive down sidewalk or use my driveway (all on camera video)!! Maybe if they would have put down plywood to do this I would not been mad but when I called and told him (owner Shawn) to come and fix situation, all he could say was "I don't understand why your upset", didn't offer to remedy anything all the while his (what I'm assuming was his girlfriend/partner (we know her personally) just mouthing off in back ground telling me to shut my FAT ASS MOUTH UP and saying it's not a big deal. Trust me when I say this, if this would have happened to her yard several years ago, she'd of FREAKED OUT (was very ANAL bout her yard).........do everyone a favor, DO YOUR RESEARCH before hiring this SSC! PS.........I definitely don't hold my neighbor at fault except for hiring this SSC to remove her tree, ole adage comes out for this one.................you get what you pay for!! read more

Gray's tree service removed a tree from my front yard today. They did a excellent job and a fantastic clean up. They raked the yard and removed every trace of tree. Charged me a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend. read more

Gray's Total Tree Svc also does snow removal. I called and asked him to remove the snow at my house after the snow stopped falling on 1/26/21. Instead of coming after the snow was done falling, he showed up fours earlier and did the crappiest plow job of my driveway I have ever seen. I have two garage doors for two cars. He barely managed to plow an opening for one. He did NOT shovel the walks/clean off the front steps. He said he would be back later to finish the job/reopen the driveway if the city plowed closed it. The JERK never came back! Given the crap job he did, the $45 he charged me was ridiculously OVER PRICED! If his tree svc is no better than his snow removal, it's a disaster. Don't use this guy unless you want to waste money. He doesn't even deserve a one-star rating. read more

Shawn and his crew came to cut a huge tree down for us this week. They were an hour earlier than expected and finished in one hour! They cut it, chopped it up, cleaned the yard and street completely, and ground up the stump all for the quoted price. They even did extra clean up work on another tree in the yard while here. They worked together as a team in a safe, courteous manner and we could NOT be happier with heir work. They made sure it came nowhere near the house and even safely relocated a birdhouse that was in the tree! We highly recommend Gray's if you need trees cut down. Great job, guys! read more

Very disappointed in him and his service. Was told to get a quote for damages to my house, after that called him back and will not return any of my calls. Left a message about seeking legal actions and he sent someone to assess the damages. The contractor never returned and I am left with two new windows damaged, holes in the screens, dented gutters from where they dropped a branch on it, cedar siding scratched from branches being dragged down it to the front of the property to the chipper, ruts in my yard when he said he will lay down plywood due to heavy rains. His prices are cheep but you will spend double his quote repairing your property. read more

Gray's Total Tree Service provided me with an estimate 2 months ago that I felt was reasonable. They kept telling me to expect them the following week when I would call for a status. Now they don't answer their phone or return my messages. My neighbor used them before listing her house for sale and recommended them. I handle many of the negotiations and recommendations for our neighborhood and am disappointed that Gray's chose not to follow through with me. read more

Be very careful when using Grays. For small jobs or jobs where they do not have to bring heavy equipment onto your property, they are probably OK and certainly competitive. For larger, more complex jobs, I would encourage you to use caution. First, they don't provide a written estimate. So when I hired them to "trim and remove dead limbs" from my tree, they disregarded the trimming part and removed the dead limbs that they could conveniently reach. The one huge dead limb sticking straight up in the center of my tree was too difficult to reach with their equipment, so they disregarded it. In addition, they do not lay plywood onto your lawn, so they completely tore up my lawn with their skid steer loader. This is an unprofessional organization that works cheap. You get what you pay for. read more
