Al was a nice enough guy. He looked at our issue and made a repair then sold us on a product. A couple days later we called him back because his repair stopped working. He complained that he would have to come back to our house and he can't do it for free. It was time for me to upgrade both my living room and bedroom TV and sound systems. After a lot of confusing research, I found Al Gray on Yelp, who had 5 star reviews. He came to my house and evaluated my equipment and ultimately helped me choose the best deals for my needs and my pocketbook. Although he doesn't sell TVs, he evaluated every option I was considering and I ended up with an incredible deal from a local wholesaler. Once I made the purchase, he came back and mounted the 65 inch TV I found, which is not an easy task, and then configured it for me, moving my existing (newer) receiver from my living room to my bedroom . He then re-configured my existing Living Room system, installing a new state-of-the art Yamaha receiver, which he DOES sell. It was $40 less than the lowest price on the Internet. I recently purchased an LG OLED Smart TV so I needed a competent AV installer. I did some research on AV installers in my area then after a bit of "due diligence", I got hold of Al Gray at Grays TV & AV instillations. Doing so turned out to be an excellent choice because All really new his stuff. Al showed up and we agreed upon a price to get the work done. Al and his associate mounted the TV on a wall and installed my speakers and AV components.........he also programed my new Logitech Harmony 650 universal remote for me.
