Don't get me wrong, I've been to other places like this but normally there are two people working. When I was there, a few people were in line while the cashier was in the humidor with me. It felt really uncomfortable. Especially making people wait while I tried to browse the stores cigar selection. She had her hands crossed waiting on me while the folks in line wished I were dead. That hurry up feeling while all eyes are on me just had me leave with no cigars at all. I might give it another try one day but right now it doesn't feel right. Looks like I'll order online.

Took it back to Izzy's to have it replaced and they denied the replacement. Keep in mind when buying from these folks that they do not care about your satisfaction, only your money. I have spent over $3,000 with this business on products, and was spending over $250 per month in this place until today. They chose to give up a continued revenue stream over a $24.99 vape.
