We arrived at 7:50am and they opened at 8am when their phone line was accepting calls at 8:05, I told them it was an emergency and we needed our dog to be seen ASAP. I was told that we needed to go to the emergency clinic in Lewiston or Portland, without any more questions about the severity or the situation. THEY DO NOT TAKE EMERGENCIES & DO NOT CARE IF YOUR PET MIGHT DIE. I'd give 0 stars if I could. They need to change the info on their website.
