We were interested in learning more about the Lake Norman area before making a relocation decision…read more We were completely unfamiliar with the area, and schools, lifestyle, and access to shopping & dining were an important factors. Oliver Cross made this process so simple it felt like a vacation day, touring the area. He got to know our preferences in homes and price ranges before we arrived, allowing him to put together a long list to select some home tours from. He then had it all programmed to go when we arrived, and included a link to us with the map and houses we had selected. He additionally gave us a set of the listings to take notes. And as any great host would, he brought refreshments along for the day and even recommended we stop at the best hamburger place around- he was right, best hamburger joint I have ever been to. Oliver was able to point out the popular areas of shopping and entertainment, had many personal builder contacts to stop by and speak with, as well as a good sense on what schools (multiple options) might be good to look at with our kids based on what we were looking for in a school system and what the local schools offered. At no time did we ever feel rushed, and after spending a few hours with us, by the afternoon Oliver knew which houses to keep on the list for the afternoon, and which ones we could skip, based on the morning feedback we gave him. Oliver Cross' professionalism and prompt response times (email, phone, and text) were outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking at relocating to the Lake Norman areas.
