Not only had we seen Debbie's signs, I also had a personal experience with Debbie when I called to inquire about a property she was selling. She got back to me immediately and when we were not interested in this particular property she followed up with a list of other properties we might be interested in considering. So at the last minute I gave Debbie a call to represent us on this new property. She was nothing short of amazing. Throughout the process she represented us and our interests. She also was extremely helpful lining up locals for inspections and repairs. Over the years we have bought and sold a number of properties but never have we been so well represented. From the very beginning I felt that she had my best interest at heart. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and a step above in professionalism. My favorite part about working with Kellie was the communication. We opted to move out of state before the sale of our home was final. Kellie sent us a weekly update and answered my many questions in a timely manner. She took care of everything. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Heather recently helped our family sell a family home, and I can't say enough positive things about…read morethe work she did on our behalf. From our earliest interactions, when we were screening listing agents, she stood far above the competition, with much more detailed knowledge about the local market, about zoning issues, about qualifying potential buyers, and about all of the dozens of smaller issues that can complicate a home sale. At more than one point, she rescued the final negotiations when a family member made things unnecessarily complicated. Linda, her assistant, was also extremely helpful and accessible in moving things along. In addition to her professionalism and competence, I have to add that she was a pleasure to work with. She was always available but never intrusive, and used a deft touch to steer the whole process to an optimal close. I can't imagine anyone providing a better experience than Heather and Linda did for us. I, and the other members of my family, highly recommend her.

Five Star Experience! Kristina is absolutely the best! From the beginning of the process until the…read moreend, she addressed all of my needs and concerns. Her response time was always immediate which was important to me because of how hectic my life can be as a judge. If I had a question I didn't have to wait long for an answer. Once I told her what I was looking for, she "dived right in" and helped find exactly what I wanted. Kristina's knowledge about the market was vital in securing an amazing deal on my home, in a premier "golf course community." I walked through the front door with a huge amount of equity. She was with me every step of the way. Her dedication to me, as her client, was one of the many things that really stood out to me about Kristina. She gave me honest opinions on the homes that I looked at as it relates to not only the home itself (which she has a keen eye) but also matters that would impact my daily life such as the neighborhoods and surrounding areas, the nearby amenities (shopping, parks, schools) measuring traffic and congestion for my daily commute and thinking down the road about if I ever decide to sell my new home. She never tried to steer me into a direction to just earn a fee. On the day of closing, she was extremely sick but drove three hours just to be by my side as I signed off on the paperwork. She's truly amazing and a joy to work with. To top it all off, the weekend after I closed, I got six of my friends to help me move and she sent us pizza- everyone there ask me "What kind of agent did you get" and wanted her contact info if they ever decided to buy/sell. I can't say enough about Kristina Delgado. I'm renting my old house but when I sell it, I'm going to her. When I buy my next home, I'll have her by my side! She's passionate about her job but more importantly she's passionate about her clients because she realizes that they are "real people" and how special a home is to them and their families.

Lisa was a wonderful agent for my very first experience in finding and purchasing my first home. In…read morethe down market I realized just in time that it was a good idea to buy rather than rent. I was pretty much done with having lived with a messy room mate for well over 2 years and it was time to have a place I could really pour myself into. Lisa took me around to a number of houses in all conditions from run-down repos to move-in-ready. After two bids fell through and we viewed a number of different properties Lisa still stuck with it. Shrugging off suggestions from friends to talk to their personal realtor I stuck with her too. And eventually everything fell into place. Lisa was far more than customer-service oriented. She was very much like a friend and at times perhaps even a personal therapist where I could go to complain about all the stresses of being a renter and aching to buy my own place and move out. Of course she might not want me sharing that - others might come to her for counseling rather than to look at houses! Her relationship with all of the individuals in the real estate industry made it easy-as-pie to get a loan agent, home inspection and appraisal done with limited personal stress and input. Additionally, the Keller Williams office is well equipped for a smooth closing with banks just a short distance away. Basically, in the end I found the whole process of buying a home to be far more smooth than I was ever led to believe. Thanks tons to Lisa! I think her and I have a lot in common and I look forward to us hanging out even now after the whole transaction has been completed.
