I had waited a month just to see a dentist and I was a new patient with them, but they told me I'd have to wait another week to see someone.. I had already waited so long for this and they had no sympathy. The one worker that's crucial to the appointment had to leave early due to an at home emergency and while I totally understand that and respect that and hope they're well, the other receptionists and assistants that I talked to were incredibly rude. I will be trying my hardest to find a new dentist after this phone conversation. Thank God I found out now that they're crappy people rather than wasting my time and money on them. Please get new employees if you want this place to thrive. This was a terrible experience.

First off, there are steps here. Because I am a wheelchair user, in order for me to get into an exam area I had to go around to the side of the business and come in the delivery door. I could not use the xray machine that revolves around the head because I'm too short and they don't have any sort of chair or stool to use. I was able to get x-rays the old fashioned way, where they make you bite down on those slides... Then I had to pay $30 out of pocket for the dental assistant to paint fluoride on my teeth, which peeled off throughout the day in a disgusting manner. She spent the entire exam recommending that I buy a $100 battery-powered toothbrush and the $50 replacement heads, cuz medicaid patients are just made of money, I guess. Thing is, she didn't want to sell the toothbrush personally. She suggested I get it on Amazon. Why the hard sell if she wasn't going to profit from it? I get through the exam and the actual dentist comes in. They discuss where I have cavities, they tell me I need to see an oral surgeon to get my wisdom teeth removed because at least two have cavities, but they never told me when to make the appointments or how to find a surgeon. It's been over a year since that appointment and I'm glad my teeth don't hurt because doing the research to find another dentist has been a pain in the butt. My boyfriend used the same dentist the week before to get three teeth removed. He's still in pain when he eats. Yes, a year later. He was present at my exam and mentioned his pain several times, but neither the dentist nor the assistant gave any cares. I cannot recommend this chopshop. There are many dentists in the dundalk area. Try one of those instead (though not the one on Merritt Blvd near jalapeños cuz the receptionists there don't know what they're doing). He was quickly informed over the phone that they take our insurance and the staff gave him quotes for initial X-rays, eval, and cleaning for my mom without dental insurance. The hygienist was thorough and my hubby kept commenting how his teeth felt squeaky clean and smooth for over a week! He took his old, cracked night guard for a replacement. Dr. Cho was very professional and informative in explaining the cause of the crack and recommended an affordable guard and the right thickness that'll protect his teeth. Dr. Cho also kindly taught my hubby how to safely brush his teeth to further prevent gum recession. After my husband's exemplary experience, my mom and I went in for our appt. We scheduled back to back to take turns watching my 15 month old toddler in the waiting area. We arrived early and Dr. Cho greeted us and saw my mom earlier than her appt time. My mom hasn't seen a dentist since my dad passed away 4 years ago, so she was scared. Dr. Cho's chair-side manners were superb which kept her very calm and even enthusiastic about further taking care of her teeth- she needs crowns. Dr. Cho conservatively recommended the work she needs done and before we left the office the front staff gave us quotes for her next visit. As a 7 month old pregnant mom with a toddler, I can say this office is very family friendly. Dr. Cho ordered minimal x-rays to address my worries of cavities and the staff took extra caution when taking the x-rays. The eval and cleaning was thorough and quick so laying on my back wasn't uncomfortable. There was a cute corner for my toddler to play and lots of space to walk around to enjoy her stay at the dental office while grandma's and Mom's teeth were being taken care of by Dr. Cho and his awesome staff.
