Saw my primary care nurse practitioner today and was astounded to hear right up front that I've left a bad review! I leave reviews based on my experience so other people can benefit. I also look at reviews to find out whether or not I want to patronize a business or a doctors office or a restaurant, etc. They are very important. My reviews are honest and direct. I'm not doing this to fluff someone's ego. Generally, my experiences have been fine with my primary care, arpn, but someone else in the office had taken her place while she was on vacation and I had not the best experience with her replacement. I would say overall this is a very cliquy town. I am here a few years in BG, but I am not new to Kentucky; been here most of my life. Sad to say there's a lot of emphasis on getting your money and using intimidating tactics instead of serving the patient who needs care. We don't go to our doctor so we can hear about their problems we go to get help with ours. Some of these providers are in the wrong profession. Grade A to my current specific health professional, and an average C to everyone else. read more
