I have been a patient for almost 20 years but today I canceled all my appointments. I went in for labs and was told I needed to self register for the new system. The only tablet the clinic had was being used by another elderly person who was having trouble completing the process. I started to do it on my cell phone and relized it would take a while. They wanted me to take pictures of my insurance cards as well as type a bunch of info. As offices make so-called improvements to care they forget that the people who need them the most didn't grow up with computers or cell phone and technology is leaving us behind. I can't see my cell phone very well and have fingers that are large so I will find office where the desk that says registration still does registraion. read more

Would not recommend Nashville office. Two different health workers of some capacity (nurses??) saw me at the window and did not even acknowledge me. Thats all you have to do. Once saying something to the one that came to get her sandwich and leave. She got me checked in. Of course with attitude. Now the lab ladies were very pleasant and professional. The receptionist was horrible. I understand it's Sunday but she dressed very casual, had some kind of show playing on her phone, and like I said just rude. Sorry I made you do your job. I went to an endocrinologist for a more in depth look at my health. I was not in the office 10 minutes, given 2 new prescriptions (one for cholesterol and one for weight loss) without the doctor even taking blood or looking through my history. He wanted blood drawn to look at the A1C numbers so I had that done. He did not even ask about anything else. I paid $50 co pay to him that day then I get a bill for another $18.00. I got no answers, 2 more prescriptions and another bill. Not worth my time or money. Will not be going back. read more

I would give a zero star if I could. This origination is lying to current patients of doctors who are leaving the Graves Gilbert Practice by saying the doctors are no longer practicing, which is a complete and utter lie, in order to steal patients. Called to complain and spoke with the supervisor who said this is my job, so your job is to mislead the public into thinking their primary care physician they have had for years will no longer be an option for care. This is not ethical! This is a shady origination, and I would strongly recommend finding doctors no longer associated with this origination. If they mislead the public about your very own doctor what else are they misleading the public about! read more

5 stars for my nurse practitioner. Had to go in for my yearly gynecological check up (so fun) and decided to just see a nurse practitioner instead of a doctor, since nothing's wrong and I don't intend making any changes in that part of my life right now. She was excellent! Very nice and they got me in and out of the room very quickly. She had a WKU nursing student with her but they asked if I was ok with that beforehand and I appreciate the respect in that area. 3 stars for the rest of the clinic area. It was crowded, the building has a very odd layout. You have to wander around hallways and the waiting rooms are in the hallways, so you only go back to the actual office when you finally see the doctor. A little weird to me. They have a computerized checkin on the second floor which was surprisingly easy and they had a few ladies standing to answer questions about it. Parking is an absolute nightmare. They don't have enough spaces but people also just drive like idiots for some reason, so keep an eye out if you're driving or walking around there. Overall not a bad experience, just plan ahead with parking and know it may take some time to find where you need to go. read more

The place is very busy and the parking lot is always full and it is sometimes difficult to find parking. They do have greeters at the door to assist and to help you out of the car and to your appointment. I was here during flu season and noticed they did have mask, hand sanitizer and kleenex available when you walked in. However none of the patients were taking advantage of these. Maybe greeters should offer them. read more

My fiancée had a colonoscopy scheduled for 11:30 today with Dr. Cory Fielding as the surgeon. We arrived 15 minutes early, got checked in and then was put in the waiting room where we sat for over a hour and no one ever came to get him. When he asked what was going on the lady at the desk told him he would be called next and we waited for a few more minutes and no one ever called his name. When you have someone go thru that god awful prep and they have had nothing to eat and no sleep you would think that the doctor would be more considerate and get the patient back there and get things done. I have never seen a more poorly run facility in all my 60 years and truly believe this place needs to be shut down. No wonder they had to file bankruptcy because of a lawsuit due to doctor negligence. I would not recommend scheduling any procedure there unless you want to have to wait all day for sorry care. read more

The one off the Lovers Lane is an absolute mess. Too chaotic and you have to wait for a few hours to see a doctor even though you have an appointment. Very disappointed. The one off the Nashville Road is way better. read more

Great service, quick and easy, that was a first for me at a walk in clinic. This was the first time I visited this particular location. The doctor was professional and courteous. They were well staffed and everyone I dealt with was kind and understanding of my pain. The location on Scottsville Road is newer, I don't think as many people know about it, they were not busy at all. read more

Debbie Diamond, Human Resources Manager, Graves Gilbert Clinic, is a very disturbed individual who finds it absolutely unnecessary to attempt to treat an emergency when there are five doctors right there who could take five seconds to help. Instead of attempting to help she decided it would be better if Iy. Not only is she not the head of anything except for human resources, that means just that, basically she hires people and doesn't even get to fire them, ttycannot repeat what she said verbatim but I can tell you the absolute 100% point was I do not know how to run a business and I most certainly do not if you are in excruciating pain and need a specialist who is four feet from you. read more

My husband and I had a 10:30 and 11 AM appointment with Dr Havenor. Waited an hour and 40 minutes, finally left without seeing the dr. 2 1/2 hours sick leave, 3 hours of my time, drive thru lunch, and no dr. Don't think we'll reschedule that appointment. Called administration, spoke to Beth, explained the situation. She said she would check into it and see what could be done and call me back. Still waiting for that call. read more

First off, the so called "MD" misdiagnosed my condition. Several weeks later I was hospitalized out of state and had to have surgery to correct the actual condition. To add insult to injury, GG sent me a secondary bill for the same visit! That's right, I paid my portion that the insurance did not cover and then received yet another, higher bill for the same services! I will go anywhere else for medical treatment moving forward. read more

I started seeing Dr. Sun as my PCP and at first it was a pleasant experience. BUT...I told her my symptoms and she said I had IBS but said there was nothing she could do. I told her how bad it was and she did nothing for me. Also, I have a prescription that I need daily and I requested a refill on Wednesday. I checked on it Thursday and no response from Dr. Sun's office. I called three times and left a voicemail. No response. I checked my pharmacy on Friday and they still hadn't filled it. I called Grave's Gilbert and the operator hung up on me three times. Finally I got an answer. They had left for the day. At 11:00....so I had to go 4 days without my medication. I called and left another voicemail on Monday and still nothing. Do not go to this doctor if you want to ever be able to speak to someone or have anything done about your symptoms. Also, Grave's Gilbert's operators are rude and pointless. This whole place is a hot mess and I will not be returning. *Also, I created this account just to leave this review so you can see how bad of an experience it was. read more
