It is important, as a woman, to feel like you are being helped rather than being taken advantage of when it comes to what men perceive as "man stuff." I happen to know a thing or ten about a motor, and I have never been treated in a condescending manner here. They smile, they are knowledgeable, and they all seem to get along well and have a good time. They cut up with regular costumers, too. After dropping the car off and waiting they received a phone call stating that they had diagnosed the problem and the bill was over $300 but not repaired. We already knew what the problem was and had a previous estimate of less than $200 for the repair no diagnosis was needed, repair was obvious. Would highly recommend to not use this facility for any type of repair work. Maybe they should stick to oil changes. Reported to the better business bureau. Ripping off young people, elderly, and women who are unaware should be a crime.
