I'm a fan of the Signature Salad (lettuce, steamed chicken breast, sweet potato, eggplant, sultanas, sliced almonds, and peas) and the Smoked Salmon (lettuce, tomato, boiled egg, fetta, olives, sunflower seeds and capers). All salads come in two sizes and there is absolutely no problems with subtracting and adding ingredients. The staff are fast and accurate and nothing seems to be a problem.
