I was told the Zucchini in my dish was from the cook's grandma's(?) or mom's(?) backyard and noodles were freshly made which sounded nice but I was hoping my "Zucchini Parm" looked more like it. Instead they were pre-formed patties -_-. Price? Moondog's is doing the "pay what you can" model- but I'm not sure how long they'll continue promoting it. Be warned because we were in sticker shock and hubs decided to pay the full $25ea for our hot buttered rolls which were good but...small. Service was pleasant though from everyone! However, I went to their normal location on a Friday evening and the food trailer was not there. It turns out, they are parked at Cooper's Daughter Spirits in Claverack on Fridays & Saturdays before 6 pm. I ended up eating at another restaurant close by and decided to head to Cooper's Daughter Spirits on Saturday evening, which was fairly busy. I headed over to the This and That Food trailer which was also busy too, with one person working the trailer. There were paper menus to look at, while I waited my turn to order. They offer tacos, nachos, empanadas, quesadillas, chicken wings, falafel pita wraps, fries, and fish & chips. I ordered the Loaded Nachos with chili beef ($16 plus tax) and Empanadas (3 for $12 plus tax, choosing pulled pork, BBQ chicken, & beef with cheddar) and given a beeper, which went off in about 12 minutes after ordering. The loaded nachos were piled with crispy corn tortilla chips, pickled red onions, nacho cheese, jalapenos, sour cream, and chili beef. For the empanadas, the deep fried shell was hot and crispy filled with tasty hot with and cheese fillings. Supreme Soft Serve was recently at Rose Hill Farm on the evening I went with my family to enjoy a nice dinner outside. After enjoying a delicious meal by Oh My Gyro (also 5/5, highly recommend), and a few amazing ciders from the taproom, my family ventured towards the orchards and spotted the cute little food truck. My 3 year old daughter HAD to have some ice cream once she saw the picture of the cone on the side, and we walked over ready to enjoy some cold soft serve on a humid July night. Since my daughter already had us locked in for some dessert, I decided to indulge as well, and got myself a chocolate and a vanilla with sprinkles for her. No whipped cream ,no nuts ,no cherry . The ice cream is good but not $19.99 good . Since when is ice cream considered " luxury " ?
