Who knew I'd need the service of a private investigator? I sure didn't. My car was missing after lending it to a relative. If I reported it stolen, my relative would be charged with a felony and I wouldn't be able to drop the charges because WE do not make the decision whether to prosecute- the state does. We had an awful family emergency that left us with a minor child and no way to get in touch with this child's father. I asked the police how to find a phone number and they said I should find an investigator. In searching, Dustin was the first person I called.
