Ferrol took on a large landscaping project for me including a retaining wall which he guaranteed…read morethe structural integrity, and told me "he stood by his work" and if anything failed, he would fix it. After 2 winters, the retaining wall collapsed. When I contacted Ferrol to rectify, he refused to pay for an actual professional mason who fixed the project. So much for standing by his work. Further with the initial project, Ferrol did not finish the project, did not complete the three other retaining walls in the initial contract and did not provide landscaping, demanding more money to finish the project. He is not educated in structural integrity and has no formal engineering training. He did not respond to my letter asking for compensation after I had a mason do the work. The mason said the retaining wall Ferrol installed should have never ever been constructed, it was doomed to fail.
