Muzzy and his crew did an amazing job redoing all of our landscaping for our house. Lots of trees, hardscape, new beds, redoing beds and adding a hot tub pad. True Blue's prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes. Other quotes were up-charging their material costs quite a bit in comparison. Any added costs were always approved before work was started and Muzzy was helpful in determining what would be the most cost efficient ways of doing things. The crew did all this while we not at the house and kept us updated throughout the process. I'll use this crew again and can easily recommend True Blue. read more

This was the worst experience that I have had with any landscaper. The owner showed up in March and was saying what a great job they could do for me and that they would push me to the front of his list. After I I got an estimate April 1 and gave half the payment for a deposit, I hear from him a few weeks later telling me he has to push the job out a month or so. Then a month later it was another month. This time he tried to blame it on my irrigation water coming on, which it did but we had a long talk about it and I kept the water out of his work area. I was about to forget about the job when he called and said he was showing up the following Monday, but was concerned about his big commercial job and how if he did do my job it was going to be horrible for them. I said come for a week and then come back in 2 weeks to finish the job. Big mistake. He came for a week and two weeks later he said no maybe another 2 weeks, well maybe September. Yes I was annoyed, and when I was trying to press for an actual date, he hung up on me. So I asked him to settle up for what he did. Then he really stuck it to me. HE up-charged me by 3 times his quotes, no discussion just sent his lame check to me. He overcharged me by $5-10,000., and he was rude to me through out the process... or at least after he got my fat deposit. Big scammer. Worst company in Durango!!! read more

Caution Scam Artist!!!! We got an estimate of 12,000 for our landscaping. He invoiced is for $14,733. According to him he did additional work which we never authorized. In addition to that his equipment messed up my driveway and broke our patio concrete. He even threaten us with a law suite. I would not recommend this business. STAY AWAY !!!! read more

True Blue landscaping did a magnificent job in what we thought was a hopeless situation. My wife and I had tried for more than 3 years to make our home more appealing but with hard clay as a base absolutely nothing would grow. With Josh's help we have been able create a sensational base landscape to get us off the ground and working on the rest of the land. He and his team came in and completely reshaped and sculpted our yard in about a week. He is a generous and passionate person and loves the work that he is doing. Our new landscaping looks great! Everything was installed as agreed and we had great follow up with post-installation questions...very easy to work with. Due to busy summer landscaping demand, it took some time to get the work scheduled, but the wait was worth it. We had several trees added to our landscaping and the trees sourced for our project were beautiful.
