I came back to host a birthday party. For any parent, looking for a party venue for their child I…read morehighly recommend this place. I booked the option two party about three months in advance. What's great is that you just select a theme from the pictures they have they send you a digital invite to send out and as you get close to the party date, they'll confirm the theme and give you an idea of what the schedule is. That's it that's literally all you have to do. Honestly, if you were to just walk in the door without anything in hand other than a child, your 90 minute birthday party would go off without a hitch. They had the cupcakes, the utensils, the balloons, the beautiful room set up and they had the goodie bags. Honestly, a lot of the parents gave us a compliment on organizing the party and how much fun they had and I felt weird taking any credit for it. We had an assigned party planner that was very invested in making sure everything was running on time and that the room was set up perfectly to our needs. And at the end of the party, they packed everything up for you. What's wild is they actually packed everything back in the original containers organized and ready to go. And then these poor people had to re-organize all the toys that our party had demolished and dragged a different corners of the room all within 30 minutes. I hate planning, and hosting events gives me a lot of anxiety, so to have a party go off successfully with my minimal involvement is amazing.

I'm at a stage in my life where I'm going to kids birthday parties every other weekend. Out of all…read morethe places I've been to, I think Play Street is probably ranked first. First of all, the concept of a pretend Main Street USA with shops with all kinds of props and working cash registers with play money inside is brilliant. I remember playing pretend shop keeper with my brother and cousins as kids and we would have loved this place. Secondly, the place is very well maintained and has plenty of space for the more active kids to just run around from shop to shop. My wife loved it so much she booked one of their other locations for our son's birthday which is many months away.

I would say this is a place for kids 6/7 and under for the most part. It seemed well cleaned and…read moremaintained. It not really set up as an indoor playground with like a jungle gym or that sort of thing... it's really about pretend play or using smaller toys in the various playhouses. The area was a bit small maybe since adults couldn't easily enter the smaller playhouses...the birthday area looked really cool, though. Didn't really love the need for a gift shop and various toys/candy/etc. on display right in the front for all the kids to see! Otherwise, we had a fun playtime there. :)

She had such a good time!!!! The facility is very clean, staff was so nice and extremely helpful with explaining different rules. They have little "cubbies" to place your shoes in, you must wear socks while being inside the facility. They have restrooms and changing tables for little ones. They also have training potties for those that are potty training. There is an area that they do birthday parties and I've read about the different events they do as well. Such a fun indoor playground with so many "hands on" things for kids to do!!! It's so nice to see that this area, Hanover, has a facility like this!!!! You can bring your own items for snacking/drinking, but they also sell items there and even have a coffee bar for adults. There is plenty of parking! It was only $15 for my granddaughter and myself, which allowed an unlimited time to play. The price includes 1 adult to enter with the child. We will definitely return! Sophia had a blast

We Rock the Spectrum Review…read more We Rock the Spectrum is an alright place to hang out with my eight-year-old son who has autism and his RBT. It's a sensory-friendly environment, and he's able to move around, play, and regulate in a space that feels welcoming and understanding. I definitely recommend calling ahead to make sure they're not hosting a birthday party. When it's crowded or loud, it can be overwhelming, especially for kids with sensory sensitivities. Overall, it's a good spot on quieter days and can be a nice outlet for kids who benefit from a more inclusive play environment.

We live about equal distance from both, so we decided to try this location today and it was fantastic! The owner was so welcoming and also helpful when we were leaving by offering the kiddos a lollipop if they got their shoes on nicely. We really appreciated being able to stay longer due to the sparse crowd on this rainy day. This location has some items similar to Loudoun, but there are also some differences-the rock wall here is longer, there was a large dome climber that was a hit, there are some different swings, ride on toys, a large tube bouncer , several spinners and balance items, lots of fun pretend play costumes, magnets, bluey toys. There is a zip line and trampoline like Loudoun. The significant difference is that this location is open whereas Loudoun has a closed off infant/toddler area and closed off arts/crafts area. Loudoun also has the teen room in the back. Still trying to figure out which location is larger lol. Both of my kids loved this location as they do the other. We Rock the Spectrum is such an amazing, special place for children of all abilities, and I feel so grateful that we have not one but two relatively close to us. Looking forward to trying to soon to open Pittsburgh location when we visit family later this year.

However, within minutes, it became clear that this facility is dangerously understaffed and falling apart. My biggest concern is safety. The few staff members present were completely checked out. Instead of monitoring the equipment, they were grouped together looking at their phones. This was terrifyingly apparent on the high ropes course. I watched a young boy climb a set of pillars nearly 15 feet in the air before the attendant finally looked up from her phone to intervene. In an environment like this, that level of negligence is unacceptable. The facility itself looks ok at first glance but is in disrepair. Large strips of rubber were falling off the warped wall, and the general maintenance is appalling. I've attached a photo of the stairs where the lighting fixtures have been ripped out, leaving exposed wiring hanging open right where kids are walking. Between the distracted staff and the crumbling infrastructure, this place is a liability. It feels unsafe and frankly needs to be shut down before a child gets seriously hurt. We will not be returning.

They wanted to beat each other and their personal best times, so they did the course over and over again, resulting in exhausted, sweat drenched boys! There is a rock wall tower to climb and obstacle course up on the structure above the regular ninja course. I took off 1 star for the teenagers working there that just sat around talking and flirting with each other or on their phones. They looked super bored and couldn't be bothered to watch the kids for safety. When I kid was stuck on the sky obstacles course and was shouting for help but there was no workers in site, I went to find one and he just said, there's 2 harnesses so if 1 is stuck, there's the other one and walked away. Didn't even go try to see what the issue was.
