He said all weeds would be killed, even in mulch. I signed up believing him. Several weeks later his Manager said conflicting information and that's how I learned it was lies I had been told to make the sales. He said he'd lose his license if he tried to kill weeds in mulch. Timothy was clueless. The sprayer once told me that he'd try to kill some weeds in mulch, but that they don't do that. That's not what Timothy said. Juan, the other Manager spoke to me loudly and extremely disrespectfully, forcing me to buy, guilting me because Timothy took incorrect measurements of the front yard. He raised the quote price due to Timothy's measurements mistake. I was extremely uncomfortable, in my yard. I told the office that if he spoke to me again like that I'd call the police. I kept telling them I wanted to CANCEL services. Timothy was later rude. He tangled up my sprinklers' programming, and my new $2,000 sod died. I called for help, and he never answered my texts or called me back. They took the money and ran. The neighbors were laughing at what a bad price I paid and bad service I received. The vendors that delivered the grass told my neighbors that I overpaid with Massey, and that they could sell them Vista sod direct without the markup Massey middleman. Doubt they'd purchase it because my new sod was a bunch of weeds, and they only got bigger instead of being controlled by Massey. Then the sprinklers fiasco, with Timothy not answering his phone or calling me back, and 3/4 of it died. The Massey salesman was lying to me, extremely untrained with measurements, estimates, & knowing which weeds can be attempted to eliminate, then they abandoned me, and my new overpriced expensive weedy dying Vista sod. They try to twist your words from day 1 and make sure you think everything is your fault. Truly terrible. Their favorite excuse is a lack of water.... Not so, another lie.
