This wonderful company saved my lawn! My front yard had become an ugly plot of dirt, rocks, and…read moreweeds--mostly dandelions--and big depressions where former trees had stood. I wanted an all-in-one service that would add topsoil, level it out, kill the weeds with something ecofriendly (not Roundup), fertilize, seed it and add straw and compost. After striking out with various lawn services that wouldn't do all I wanted, couldn't accommodate me in their schedule or couldn't deliver on their promises, I found Teed & Brown. I couldn't ask for a better experience! After a personal visit from the owner, Peter Brown, a professional team arrived a week later with several trucks and systematically took care of everything--spraying for weeds without using 2,4D, fertilizing, breaking up the compacted earth with a Harley rake, bringing in a dump truck of topsoil, leveling the lawn, scattering grass seed, straw and compost. Two weeks later they came back with more weed killer and fertilizer and overseeded the bare spots. After watering every day for a month my lawn looks amazing! I couldn't recommend this company more highly. Give them a call--you won't be sorry!

We hired James and his dad's company after a terrible experience with our first landscaper to redo our grass areas. I personally did all the flower garden designs and mulch myself so that I can save money and also because I enjoy doing garden landscaping. We renovated our entire 1/2 acre lawn plus our enormous sidewalk, which was full of trees and wood chips and rocks. James and his dad only use high quality seed and soil and kept their word. They promised me an amazing lawn if I followed their maintenance advice which was to use Teed & Brown, another amazing landscaping maintenance company. My renovation project was completed in about 2-3 days in October of 2020 and I waited 9 months to write this review so that the grass could come in 100% and it did. Today my yard looks like it should be on the front cover of a landscaping magazine. Its full, thick, dark green and looks like a carpet. I was told it takes up to 2 years for the grass to grow in nice and thick, but I can't imagine my yard looking any nicer than it does today, only 9 months after the renovation project. From a cost perspective they are a bit pricier than other landscaping companies, but I honestly believe I got what I paid for and nothing less. They also do my plowing and show up no matter how bad it is out. Recently, James bailed me out of a situation from a bad tree removal. Even his dad helped out immediately. They were all amazing.
