I was as this gym all through covid, never caught it from this gym. Also, the health risks of hyperventilating into a mask are pretty obvious. Its pretty much impossible to do hard cardio with a mask on... unless you want to pass out from lack of oxygen.

I personally train muay thai (they have muay thai, kickboxing, and jiu jitsu) which you can start training after you've achieved your yellow shirt in kickboxing since they want you to know striking fundamentals on the heavy bag prior to doing partner work.
