Steve understood the urgency of the situation, He committed to 3:00 the next day which would work fine and then called saying the DVD was completed 22 hours AHEAD of when he promised. A great case of under promise - over-deliver. The pricing although not a key issue here, I would have paid almost anything to get the DVD, was very reasonable. It based the price on the amount of VHS to DVD that was involved. It was about half of what I would have spent at one of the area drug stores that has a similar service. I would and will use these services again. It is not an everyday thing but, when you need it, this is the place to go.

Even when photoshopped the sets and props looked cheap and very busy. Still we ordered the pictures and then things got kind of messed up. The photographer had us pick out our photos to be touched up and printed but when we returned to pick them up they were not ready as she said and many were the wrong sizes and pictures. They didn't have our mug ready, and seemed very disorganized. We went back a few days later and picked up the pictures but still the mug wasn't ready. We called back and talked to the owner. She gave us some more pictures for the inconvenience but didn't attempt to apologize for not having what we asked for and when they said. Instead she tried to say it was a miscommunication. Like it was our fault they're not keeping record of the photos we chose and sizes and then not sending them to print. Very annoying In conclusion for baby photos go elsewhere as the quality here is not great and we did end up spending like $350. Bella or flash would be better money spent. I'll admit that if we had a better experience we would have gone back to take pictures with our dogs since they allow that. And the printing staff was very friendly. But have them call you when your pictures are ready and make sure they touch up and print the right pictures

We have 2 Grandbabies, 1 with autism. The photographer was patient & innovative, she got on her level to get the shots. And she goe some wonderful pics of both. The young lady photographer did not seem to have much experience with children. She just stood there and tried to wrangle them with fart noises and smiles. My sister was so disappointed with all the photos and the experience she was in tears afterwards... in fact, I took her to Flemmings after to attempt to salvage our day, and the waiter was able to take a better picture of me and my sister in the poor restaurant lighting using my iPhone than this idiot girl and her fancy camera. Looks like they are able to get good photos of single children, but if you have more than 1 don't waste your money.

Never going back here to frame anything nor for anything at all…read more They first presented me the work with lint all over my artwork on the inside of the glass and they didn't even offer a discount after I drove so far just to come back again for their mistake. They fixed it only after I pointed it out. The job was sloppy, it's like expensive materials used to make a sloppy frame. They don't deserve to use such materials. Also I got a quote from 10k frames for the same materials and they were $200 less! I felt so bad I didn't go to them first. I'm going to reframe the work soon just so I can say someone else did it. And they had the nerve to put their information at the back of the frame so unprofessionally, of course I took it off! I will go elsewhere unless I wanted hobby work done with expensive materials that are not even that expensive they over charged me by $200. Walnut and museum glass is not that expensive!
