Even when photoshopped the sets and props looked cheap and very busy. Still we ordered the pictures and then things got kind of messed up. The photographer had us pick out our photos to be touched up and printed but when we returned to pick them up they were not ready as she said and many were the wrong sizes and pictures. They didn't have our mug ready, and seemed very disorganized. We went back a few days later and picked up the pictures but still the mug wasn't ready. We called back and talked to the owner. She gave us some more pictures for the inconvenience but didn't attempt to apologize for not having what we asked for and when they said. Instead she tried to say it was a miscommunication. Like it was our fault they're not keeping record of the photos we chose and sizes and then not sending them to print. Very annoying In conclusion for baby photos go elsewhere as the quality here is not great and we did end up spending like $350. Bella or flash would be better money spent. I'll admit that if we had a better experience we would have gone back to take pictures with our dogs since they allow that. And the printing staff was very friendly. But have them call you when your pictures are ready and make sure they touch up and print the right pictures

I want to AAA prior and I did them completely wrong and I had to come back and redo them. I should've just gone to MotoPhoto first, not only do they do the photos right but they know all the specifications and care about your time. Any photo that I ever have to get for now on, I will get at Moto photo. You guys are amazing

I booked an appointment at 2:20. Sadly, I came on time but was not helped until 3:15. Then when I…read moreasked for the photos I wanted, I was told no by staff that they had to follow a certain set of photographs. Sad that a customer can't get only the poses they want. After talking with a manager and having other photographers put 4 groups of people in front of my 6 yr old child, I was not allowed to choose my background or anything. Disappointing service even from the management. The main offices were zero help either. I even told them I walked out because of my disappointment and did not get any photos of my child. The main offices could have cared less! Only thing they offered was to reschedule my appointment. Boo on them, boo on poor customer services and zero customer satisfaction. I guess I'll be going to Target studios from now on.

I won't be back. My teenage daughter went in for some…read morebasic photographs for her 16th year. The photographer was nice and did a pretty good job of catching the good smiles. When we went to review the photographs, a couple of them were dimly lit and a couple more were out of focus. (Camera and lighting quality issues?) And it's too bad because I really liked one of the unfocused ones but I couldn't get it because of the poor quality. The picture that I settled on for an 8 x 10 was a side shot of my daughter sitting down with her legs bent up in front of her. Her head was to the right and her legs were to the left in the picture. It was a good picture and in focus, however the edge of the picture caught the studio wall. (A few of her pictures also had the studio wall beyond the tarp caught on the side of the pictures.) So the photographer had to zoom in on the picture in order to crop out the studio wall that showed on one side. By zooming in on the picture, my daughter's image grew to be larger in the picture. So now her picture in the 8x10 frame has her head way up at the top right corner of the frame. So whoever printed off the pictures didn't do any quality control and adjust the margins to make sure that I had plenty of margin and that her face was still pretty much toward the middle of the picture. Disappointing. Over the phone they had quoted me $30 a sheet. Then when I got there they were $24 a sheet. Yay! After presenting package after package after package of various costs, I decided on four sheets so that I could stay under $100. But wait, I was then advised there would be tax and handling fees on top of that. So I went down to only three sheets. At the very end I found out that my cost was only going to be $58. (They did not charge me any handling fee, I suppose because it was just 3 sheets printed off in the store.) I could have ordered that other sheet with a collage on it and still been under $100. But the way their computer software was set up, I had no idea what the final cost was until the very end when I went up front to pay. Then I didn't want to take the time and effort to go back and re-figure out what pictures I wanted to put in the collage. So they lost a $30 (for a collage picture) part of the potential sale. I lost out on a nice collage of my daughter. Too bad the computer software doesn't post the actual price during the decision process. I don't have time for such cat-and-mouse pricing games. Give me full disclosure up front. I give two stars instead of one because the photographer actually was pretty good, even though she got the studio walls in some of her angles and the equipment she worked with failed her on lighting and focus.
