Even when photoshopped the sets and props looked cheap and very busy. Still we ordered the pictures and then things got kind of messed up. The photographer had us pick out our photos to be touched up and printed but when we returned to pick them up they were not ready as she said and many were the wrong sizes and pictures. They didn't have our mug ready, and seemed very disorganized. We went back a few days later and picked up the pictures but still the mug wasn't ready. We called back and talked to the owner. She gave us some more pictures for the inconvenience but didn't attempt to apologize for not having what we asked for and when they said. Instead she tried to say it was a miscommunication. Like it was our fault they're not keeping record of the photos we chose and sizes and then not sending them to print. Very annoying In conclusion for baby photos go elsewhere as the quality here is not great and we did end up spending like $350. Bella or flash would be better money spent. I'll admit that if we had a better experience we would have gone back to take pictures with our dogs since they allow that. And the printing staff was very friendly. But have them call you when your pictures are ready and make sure they touch up and print the right pictures

I want to AAA prior and I did them completely wrong and I had to come back and redo them. I should've just gone to MotoPhoto first, not only do they do the photos right but they know all the specifications and care about your time. Any photo that I ever have to get for now on, I will get at Moto photo. You guys are amazing

They are incredibly warm, talented people who truly care about the end customer. Matt shot both of my sisters weddings and James mine. Both are extremely professional, funny, and GREAT with a camera. I don't think I saw James once on my wedding day in the best way possible. I never felt uncomfortable because he never shoved a camera in my face; he blended into the background, worked great with our photographer, and the end results are stunning. If you're looking for a videographer, Lifetime Films is as great as they come.

He explained all of the different packages and helped me select what was best for our needs; he didn't try to upsell anything, he just listened to what we wanted and helped me pick the best option for us. Several weeks before the wedding, my dad passed away unexpectedly. Matt and his team did an amazing job making some pivots in our original plan and capturing the true joy of our day. In our final meeting the week before the wedding, he really listened to what we wanted, how I was feeling, and what I wanted included and excluded from the video. He captured several beautiful tributes to my dad without making a single part of any of the videos anything other than joyful. I am thrilled with all of them (sneak peak, ceremony, reception, getting ready, and bloopers) and am so in awe of how authentically he captured the day. Matt and his team blended in seamlessly and captured so many details and hidden moments. I cannot recommend him and his team enough if you would like a truly unique, personalized wedding documentary for a fantastic price!!

The appt was over an hour behind their scheduled time and then the pictures are off center, you can see outside the backdrop, parts of the picture are cutoff, and in one picture my kids face is smooshed. I feel they rushed them once it was their appt and then took advantage of 3 teens and charged them almost $200 for the package. This is more than I paid for senior pictures for my oldest. I think the pictures are funny but I would never recommend going to this location to do them. I could have done them myself and they would have looked better‍ You can see how they are off center, or not level, you can see outside the backdrop, feel are cutoff, etc. Disappointed that they didn't turn out exactly how they wanted them too but I do love the gesture!

I went with JCP's because it was closer and the other people had good reviews for the place. The reviews for Flash Photography weren't that good. If you're looking for this place, it's on the second floor, next to the JCP Salon. Anyway, it was super easy to book your appointment for JCP's Portrait studio online. The earliest booking online was at 1130, although the studio is open earlier. When we arrived on Saturday at 1130, there were already four groups ahead of us. Regardless, the wait time wasn't too bad. The employees who work here are super fast at getting people in and out. When it was our turn, we were helped by Austin whom I highly recommend! I'd ask for him again because he's great with kids/babies. If you have a baby who rarely smiles, he'll get them to smile! Also, Austin is super fast which is a great quality to have because sometimes these babies only smile for a split second. Every time the kids would smile, he as able to grab that shot! Overall the pictures came out great! I was very satisfied with the results. You don't get the pictures right away though. It takes about eleven days until you go back and pick up your package.
