The goal I had in mind was to get my concentrator further away because it generates a lot of heat and it's quite noisy,, I haven't been Lincare customer for close to five years. After a 30 mile truck I had a friend stop in at the Lincare store and asked to buy a hose, They told her because of their protocols they could not sell her a hose And that their hoses are just for their customers, I would also have to be signed up as a Lincare customer. But they were more than willing to direct her to a website where she could order a hose from. It will take me three days to get the hose and that is three days of the inconvenience of the noise and the heat of the concentrator. For this , I will never sign up for Lincare I will never use Lincare! I recommend nobody else uses Lincare!! they simply do not care about you or your comfort or your care. I called the corporate office in Florida and they were just in shock that somebody would do that I told them to do their investigation and they'll find out I'm telling the truth!!! Sad day in America when the economy is absolutely upside down and you cannot buy an oxygen hose from an oxygen concentrator supplier.

When I arrived, I stood at…read morethe front of the store for about five minutes before an employee finally came upstairs from the basement. Instead of helping customers & seemed completely uninterested in doing his job  Things only got worse from there. He couldn't find the keys to unlock the display cabinets and spent several minutes searching for them, which came across as disorganized and unprofessional. After I purchased an item, he damaged it while packaging it up. Rather than taking responsibility and exchanging the product, he falsely claimed the damage was my fault even though I had not touched the item one time and refused to make things right.  Customer service was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful from start to finish. Mistakes happen, but refusing to take accountability and treating customers poorly is unacceptable. I won't be returning and would not recommend this shop to anyone expecting professional service.

Mood - Something that caught my eye…read more This day as we went to visit the Charcoal ovens, there was a huge Bronze Buffalo sitting atop a pole and of course my curious nature struck. The sign that points left or right even had the mentioning of live Buffalo. So I was extremely intrigued at this point. We decided to drive down the graded drive path to the trading post. There were so many antique cars, and antique farm equipment that was all def left out to pasture. We even saw a make shift cemetery all adorned with boots. Unsure if it was a real cemetery or just for show. It was something neat to look at. It is now classified as a museum. However everything is for sale if you are able to get the owners. It is ran by a husband and wife team both up in age. When we went it was currently closed. At one point there was a functioning diner and area where you could buy pellets to go out back and feed the buffalo as you were able to purchase your very own as it was a buffalo ranch as well. Currently land is for sale in 5 acre increments there. I would recommend - pricing is free. Be careful as you drive thru as there may be broken pieces of rubbish laying around in the walkpaths or driveways. Location is Ely Nevada off of Cave Valley Road - ample parking
