Interesting experience today, I tried to buy a oxygen hose, just the hose that goes from the concentrator to your nose. The goal I had in mind was to get my concentrator further away because it generates a lot of heat and it's quite noisy,, I haven't been Lincare customer for close to five years. After a 30 mile truck I had a friend stop in at the Lincare store and asked to buy a hose, They told her because of their protocols they could not sell her a hose And that their hoses are just for their customers, I would also have to be signed up as a Lincare customer. But they were more than willing to direct her to a website where she could order a hose from. It will take me three days to get the hose and that is three days of the inconvenience of the noise and the heat of the concentrator. For this , I will never sign up for Lincare I will never use Lincare! I recommend nobody else uses Lincare!! they simply do not care about you or your comfort or your care. I called the corporate office in Florida and they were just in shock that somebody would do that I told them to do their investigation and they'll find out I'm telling the truth!!!
Sad day in America when the economy is absolutely upside down and you cannot buy an oxygen hose from an oxygen concentrator supplier. read more
