Plunger Head brand wine. Sure to tantalize your palette and unclog your toilet.

Wine bars aren't just for those snooty types! I'm sorry - I totally jumped to conclusions. Let me start off by saying, I know NOTHING about wine. The "tannins" and all that other jargon ... yeah, no idea. I sometimes mumble that word to sound smart, but I have no idea what it means. When my family wanted to hit up Grape Expectations, I thought, "Oh, HELL NO!" Sure, the name is awesome (props to you, Charles Dickens), but me? At a wine bar? Uh, me and wine bars are like pairing a white wine with steak - IT JUST AIN'T HAPPENING! Ok, so I was wrong. This place was so laid back. They actually had trivia during the day. I love trivia. Again, it's not something I'm good at, but I can play along. Trivia and alcohol is actually not a great combination for me, as I end up shouting out the wrong answers - very loudly and confidently, no less. There were tons of wines to try out - and get this - FOR FREE! You could probably sample wines all day and not even buy a single drink. As an added bonus, they even had complimentary Chex Mix! All in all, what a great little spot. I wish all wine bars could be this welcoming to the everyman like me who knows little to nothing about the sophisticated lifestyle.

Love it! We don't usually out this far, but this wine bar was totally worth it! Amazing selection and the bar tender was great! Small cozy venue, but warm atmosphere, definitely coming back!

Small wine bar in a strip mall. Food service premade snack trays. Limited seating. Very cluttered.

We kind of did the math and depending on the pour, and their pours are generous, it is cheaper to buy by the glass.

Had brunch at Sauvage in Winter Haven and thought it was such a cute spot. The space gives off all…read morethe girly, brunchy, Instaworthy vibes you'd want--it's absolutely adorable. Service was... okay. A bit on the "too relaxed" side, which almost came across as unfriendly. To be fair, I was already in a mood from something personal before I walked in, so maybe that energy carried over, but still worth noting. Food-wise, it was decent--nothing mind-blowing, but good enough that I'd definitely come back when in the area. The loco moco burger was basically an ordinary burger, though the gravy added an interesting twist. Not sure I'd reorder it. I really enjoyed the French toast--the grilled pineapple on top was disappointingly dry, but the syrup helped and overall I'd get that again. The millionaire bacon sounded much more exciting on the menu than it tasted--pretty basic in execution. What I do love is how creative their menu reads; it makes you want to try everything. That's why I feel like I need to come back and sample more dishes to really get the full experience. Cute spot, decent food, and definitely worth a return visit to explore more of their offerings.

I had an espresso and coffee afogato while I waited for their wonderfully delicious blueberry-beet salad. I can't express it's deliciousness. Which we very much appreciated and would have understood if they were unable to do. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, our server helped us choose between drinks and entrees that we were stuck between. We shared the brunch board which was lovely, the pork belly really stood out. Myself and one other person at our table got the burrata which was absolutely amazing. It was a very generous amount of food, and everything was very fresh and the flavors were so well balanced with sweet and savory elements. I also got the Paloma which I enjoyed. My husband got the sausage gravy, which he liked. He said the flavors were more complex than your usual sausage gravy. My other friend got the French toast which she enjoyed very much. She did ask for extra syrup as she felt it didn't have enough but that's a personal preference of course. All in all we were very happy with our brunch and would come back in the future. I found the selection to be very good. There was something for everyone, and the service stood out.
