Wow. Wow. Wow. The reviews warned of grumpy owners, but honestly, we experienced the exact opposite. We were welcomed and took a seat on the patio which was beautiful. The staff were all so friendly with the owners making rounds and joking with everyone. We did the wine tasting which included 9 wines AND a glass for only 11 bucks!!! We also got bottles for only 16 bucks a bottle! However, the food is the real winner here! This is HANDS DOWN the best pizza I have EVER had. We got the cheeseburger, Philly steak, and the Margherita pizzas. The crust was PHENOMENAL, the flavors immaculate, and the wood fire taste was unbelievable. Then we move to dessert and the homemade carrot cake was OUTSTANDING!!!! I can not recommend this place more. In full transparency, 3 pizzas, 4 wine tastings, 2 carrot cake slices, 2 bottles of wine, and 1 beer, and our bill was only 140! UNBELIEVABLE

We saw the sing driving and we stopped for information.. it's country place in davenport fl. The place it's clean. And good service when we enter with my son ...

This review is for the fresh blueberries available for picking in the spring. I haven't had a chance to try the restaurant. Pulled into the True Blue parking area and could see the attemdan's vehicle parked near the shed. So we knew they were open for picking. We knew the drill from past visits so we went straight to the hand washing station so we wouldn't contaminate the plants with whatever we might have on our hands. She then tied a plastic bucket around my waist (Mike carried his) and we were off to the rows and rows of blueberry bushes. I think we were the only 2 there on a Tuesday before noon so it was very peaceful (even with the occasional rooster call). It's both relaxing and challenging as you search for the juiciest, plumpest berries. We finally decided it was time to go even though we were still having fun finding berries. We had 5 lbs of berries between us so she put them in a plastic bag for us, we paid our $20 and drove away. Tip: Don't wear your nice clothes or shoes for blueberry picking. It's sandy between the rows and sometimes you may get caught in the berry sprinklers.

Cuban sandwich. More bread than meat it was eh

I actually liked the location and wine. The food was eh. I had the wine samples and bought a couple of bottles. I was turned off by the husband he was very arrogant, he talks to much and was disrespectful to myself and my friends and he thought it was funny. He said something disrespected to my friend about her breast. When he dropped my Philly cheesesteak sandwich off at my table he told me to shut up and eat it as I said I hope I like it being as though I'm born Ans raised in Philly and was raised off of official Philly cheesesteaks. I sent the sandwich back. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else.

This winery leaves much to be desired for me, there are definitely better ones in the Central Florida area. That being said I can see how this could be a quaint spot for locals to gather.. It's a smaller property and they make 3 varietals of blueberry wine. They also carry a few more fruit flavored wines but from a Louisiana winery; I'm not sure what the connection is there. Apparently they have a bistro style menu that offers things like sandwiches. And I can appreciate that they have a few beers on tap. I will say that I visited the location during a special 5K event..they weren't doing as much as I would have expected to showcase and upsell their products. They weren't advertising or offering a tasting (which I assume they would normally do) which was disappointing because I would have liked to try some of the other flavors, even for a cost. There also wasn't any menu or signage advertising the food. Perhaps this wouldn't be the case on a normal operating day.. Anyway, inside is a pool table and some small high top tables. Its kind of dark. Very limited merchandise area, hardly any branding or noticeable decoration. The outside space has a bit of an odd set up which makes it seem very cramped. There are few picnic tables on the grass, a cornhole set and plastic folding tables and chairs on a sort of deck. I can't recall if it was fully covered, but it was shady. Overall I don't think I would invite others and spend time at this winery. There's nothing exciting or different to bring me out there. They need some kind of events and certainly better marketing and promotions. I discovered that they don't have an active Instagram account, their website has not been updated (it still has info about the holidays) and they're only open 4 days a week. This makes me think they're not really interested in making this a popular winery destination.

Great experience at the True Blue.

At first, I wasn't sure about this place. But my sister wanted to try it. I have to admit it was a good choice. We all had the salmon. Very delicious salmon with rice and spinach. I had a blueberry semi-sweet wine. I like it but my relatives did not. They chose the semi-dry. I definitely will be back.

The hours displayed on the website, which are incorrect.

I have been to this location twice and have been turned away thanks to inaccurate hours everywhere on the internet. Normally I wouldn't make a big deal of it, but today I was treated with an incredibly hostile attitude by whoever was working. We walked into an entirely empty restaurant and were greeted by a woman who came inside from the back patio, looked at us like aliens, and said "Do you need help?" We explained to her that we were hoping to eat but it looked like the establishment was closed, despite the hours advertised on their website. She acted like I had looked at an entirely different website from what is available and treated me like an idiot, proceeding to argue with me that the restaurant's hours were correct online, look up the restaurant's hours on her phone to prove me wrong. Needless to say, I left before she could further demean me. I wasn't expecting to be served, but a little humanity would have been appreciated. TrueBlue Winery: update your website!

This was my 1st time there today my husband took my friend and I. I had ordered the cuban sandwich w/chips which was amazing. My husband and friend ordered philly cheese steak w/chips. We also had the sampler and tested the different wines. A nice experience for anyone to have. The atmosphere was so relaxing we sat there and talked. I will go back again for dinner next time. Don't forget the owners they were very nice. Really enjoyed myself the peach wine was the best.

Great wines! Friendly service, amazing brick oven pizza! We'll be sure to return. They grow their own blueberries on the grounds. This is a local business that should be supported to help grow Florida wine tourism.

Luckily there was a lot of outdoor seating, so it wasn't too difficult to find a seat. I ended up getting the sweet blueberry wine, blueberry flatbread (had caramelized onions, arugula, and prosciutto with a blueberries glaze drizzle), and the blueberry shortcake. The wine was lightly sweet and not dry. The blueberry flatbread tasted more of the caramelized onions and the blueberry drizzle added a little hint of sweetness and tartness. My favorite though was the blueberry shortcake. It was soft and the blueberry compote was absolutely delicious. Although it was rich, it didn't feel heavy. I wish I had gotten another slice. In general, I've been here before and it's nice and cozy inside with great service! I love trying all the flavors available with their wine and beer flights (some are seasonal). Honestly, sometimes I buy their wine by the bottle in stores because it's actually just that good.

The wine setup is a self‑pour tasting style: you load money onto a card and get your wine from the machines. It's fun and easy, but if you're expecting a traditional winery with vineyards and a tasting room, this isn't that. It's more of an event space that happens to serve food and wine. They host brunch, painting classes, music nights, trivia, and events of all sizes. I ordered the prosciutto and brie focaccia with apples, arugula, apricot jam, balsamic, and chips. It sounded like a party in your mouth, and honestly... it was. My husband had the Farmhouse chicken sandwich with spicy honey, a sweet roll, lettuce, tomato, onion jam, and chips, and he really enjoyed his too. I like listing the ingredients because it shows how thoughtful the flavor combinations were; they didn't just slap a sandwich together and call it a day. Overall, it's a very nice place to stop in, enjoy a good lunch and some wine. Unless you're having or attending an event, it's more of a "sip, snack, and stroll out" kind of spot, and that's perfectly fine for what it is.

It's got some great theming with TV shows and music, but it also has some problems. First off, it's not a brewery. They have bottled beer and one craft beer. Not even a tap system. Decent selections of wine though. They don't have old-school video games. They have a large emulation system that charges way too much money and takes forever to find your favorite games. There was stuff all over the floor when I visited. I know the owners were going for a "party" atmosphere, but someone could easily slip and hurt themselves. Finally, they were charging top-dollar for little toys, like $5 for a mini Rubik's Cube. The slap bracelets were cool, but that's about it. Back To the 80's has some promise, but they need to actually be a brewery to live up to their name. Imagine the inspired beers you could make here.
