They told my senior citizen mother that it would cost $600 if they have to shovel off the septic tank vs. $225 if it was shoveled off. When I called to ask how they can justify the price, the RUDE woman hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again. The only information I could get from the RUDE person was that it "disrupts their day!!" The time it would take to shovel it off isn't equal to two additional septic tanks!!
