Hello Anthony. I don't know how you would remember a job based on pictures of work you did, but…read moreI'm sure you would deny that. I attached the paid invoice with your initials and "paid in full". Hopefully that helps you remember that it was your job. I do remember you and your white pickup truck coming to my house and telling me all work that will be done is professional and all I need to do afterwords is paint. The "professionals" you got coming to the house were careless. Their texturing left a mess in the living room because they didn't seal the area properly. They did not tape off the wall that didn't need texturing. Their response was for me to wash the wall because the texture will come right off. The cracked areas of the drywall ONLY occurred on the areas that you worked on. NO OTHER AREA IN MY HOME HAS THIS. and this home was built over 20yrs ago. your work only lasted about a year. There was no illusion on the work of the raised drywall. I felt it and YOUR response when you felt it was that it was an illusion. A person with some sort of experience would know that there is an issue with the work if they felt it, but you just wanted to get your money and leave. You can change the format of your invoice after you see it was your job but it does no not change the fact that it was your work. I'm sure you don't like the review, but the work is sloppy. If you want to lie about it, it's fine, but people should know on who to bring in before they spend their hard-earned money to fix their homes.

Our insurance required we get a roof condition assessment and a plan of action for our rental…read moreproperty to bring its roof back to good health. We researched local SD County roofers (from where we're at now - over 1500 miles away) and discovered Roof Masters. Chris L., our Project Manager inspected the roof and provided a VERY thorough analysis, complete with pictures and video. He then developed an estimate with several options. We opted for the 40 year workmanship warranty, and learned that the GAF shingles manufacture's warranty is good for 50 years. Roof Masters communication's and presentation was impressive and detailed. We were informed of what materials and methods would be involved in the process of reroofing our house, and kept advised of changes and milestones before, during and after the 4 day job. Brianna our case administrator made the electronic document, invoice and payment transactions simple, fast and efficient. Looking at the galleries of before and after photos, we are pleased and thankful for the complete roof work accomplished by Chris L. and his Foreman Mr. Santos. Our son was in the area and confirmed it was well executed.

I was especially impressed with how well they cleaned up at the end of each day, making sure the area was left free of debris and nails. I also want to give a special thank you to the project manager, Rigo. From the very first day he came out to provide the estimate, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He was extremely patient while I took the time to make such a big decision (I got 4 different estimates) and was always available to answer my questions and guide me through the process.
