I have had complete confidence that the treatments are up to date and the best available. The cost is completely fair and they have been good to work with our insurance. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an orthodontist.

My top teeth are still flared and bottom bite is square instead of round, which looks awkward and causes the canines to not line up right. When I brought up these concerns two months before the scheduled removal, he assured me that everything would be fine by the scheduled date. When I again brought up my concerns on the day of braces removal, he said some polishing would fix the problem. I trusted his expert advice and was incredibly disappointed when the braces were removed and the bite still looks crooked. My smile is much better than it originally was, and I'm grateful for that. He also did a great job on two of my family members. I was just hoping for (and thought I was paying for) A+ and I got B. I would have gone somewhere else if I had known this would be the end result and I would be treated like I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about. If you only want an OK smile, Dr. Brown is the guy to go to.

If an ortho recommends jaw surgery as part of your adult ortho treatment plan, I'd go to Dr…read more Graham's office for a second opinion! I had braces as a teen. Now in my mid 30s, my teeth were shifting and my bite on my right side was off. I decided to check out another ortho who recommended jaw surgery--what a shock! I did not feel good at all about getting jaw surgery and left that office getting ideas in my head about what else is wrong with my face. My husband was livid when I told him about possibility of getting jaw surgery lol! I remembered that one of my coworkers mentioned he had similar issue about needing jaw surgery with a different ortho and was able to do his treatment just with braces at Dr Graham so I scheduled a consult there. Dr. Graham and his team are very detailed oriented in evaluating your treatment plan. Everyone is so friendly and nice! I also like the convenience of filling out patient forms and insurance info all on my phone. His office offers a variety of ortho products, it is not like the traditional braces where you stick rubber bands to secure the brackets. For comparison, the other ortho said my total treatment time would take 24 months, including the surgery with regular braces. With Dr. Graham, my treatment would require a motion appliance and Invisalign for 12-18 months. That is a huge difference! Go see several orthos and compare because they are not all the same. I just left Graham Ortho office feeling so happy and know I'll be in good hands and receiving great care. I can't wait to start my treatment soon!!

I had braces when I was a teenager but that was decades ago. But no one ever told me that I was…read moresupposed to wear a retainer for the rest of my life if I didn't want my teeth to shift. Fast forward to August 2023. My bottom teeth were starting to really bug me with their alignment. I had considered those mail order aligners and right when I was about to pull the trigger I wound up purchasing a deal out of a silent auction that was donated by Miller Ortho. At first, the staff was totally friendly and excited to have me there. Almost like I was a celebrity because I bought this package. Flash forward to well over a year after beginning the journey, my teeth are still not straight and the plastic they make the aligners and retainers out of crack and wear down so that you can feel the roughness under your tongue. I've had to have the retainer itself replaced twice and each time cost me $250 beyond the package. Granted, one of those times it was lost but they already had a scan so there's no reason to charge that much. Not to mention that they can't even spare a new case after your $250 replacement retainer. It comes in a plastic bag. It's Park City I guess. But is that really a good excuse? The office itself is very clean and bright and not too busy. And the staff in general is made up of friendly women. There are no men in the office other than the doctor. Now that I am using retainers instead of aligners it does feel like I'm just someone they have to get through to get to a more important patient. Dr B didn't even come out to say hello when I was picking up my retainer. Also, one of the things I enjoyed about going there was that I got to be a big kid. If I wore their t-shirt, I would get this round chip they called a pog. If I made my appointment, I'd get another pog. If I scheduled another appointment I'd get another pog. You collect them and you can get something out of the prize cabinet. It's a cute little thing that encourages you to show up. I know it's meant for the kids since they don't have a lot of adult patients. It was fun to collect the pogs and get some 'free' nail polish. However, it kind of sucks when they take it away. When I came back 2 weeks later to have them check my teeth and order that $250 retainer, I'm told I'm done so I get no pog. How about just appreciating your patients? I'm technically considered not an "active" patient so I don't get a pog. Yeah I know boo hoo. They might think it's a small thing but when you start getting treated differently than you were in the beginning it makes a big difference. I really hope this last retainer will make my teeth straight. The doctor said it will be super tight and it may put a strain on the retainer. That's code for I'll have to pay more if it breaks. If that's the case I will go to an online retainer service. These things are too easy to lose that it shouldn't cost that much to replace. Overall I'm sure your kid will like going to Miller and you will appreciate the clean atmosphere but if you personally want someone to straighten your teeth make sure you consider all of your options.
