    Samples of stone veneer.
    Jaymes C.

Came here for construction supplies for a DIY gravel patio. There were several salespeople working the counter and I was helped right away. The associate took my measurements and confirmed the total tons of crushed gravel and 3/8" gravel I needed. I was looking for some guidance on stones to use for edging and they directed my to the stone yard to look at the varieties myself. After a walk through the yard, I returned and an associate helped pull pricing for a few options I liked. When I was ready, they took my order and were able to schedule a delivery a couple days out. The price was better than I would have gotten at Home Depot and it was much easier to get support. The delivery driver called to give me a 20 minute head's up, and when they arrived, they were courteous and efficient. I received ~3 tons of rock in two large plastic/canvas bags. The rock looks good, and I plan to order more from Granite Rock in the future.

The lovely rock Lex helped me pick out.

Clean site with an excellent variety of stones. Very friendly and helpful staff- they were able to find exactly what we were looking for.

I always find it truly interesting about how people say negative things about the Home Depot. Why?…read moreBecause it really doesn't matter which Home Depot you go in to, they're all pretty much exactly the same. Yes, some are a little bit larger than others, but they all carry the same selection of great construction and home design based stuff. Whether you're in there looking for lighting equipment, power tools, gardening items and plants, or wood to build that whatever it is you want to build, you're going to find it here. What is there to complain about? In terms of pricing, they're very competitive with whatever marketplace your looking at. They sell things for a very reasonable price. So, if you're looking for that whatever, you pretty much know you're going be able to find it at the Home Depot, and you know you're gonna be paying a fair price for it. This location is situated right off of Highway One. I find this a great location, because you can just hop right off the highway, walk into the store, get whatever you need, and then jump right back on Highway One. You can't ask for more than that. Overall, from all my experiences here, the staff here have always been super nice. Nothing to complain about there. Thus, if you need what Home Depot has to offer, and you're in the area, this is the perfect place to go and buy it.

Immediately we were navigated towards an attractive and functional designer who assisted us in this process. Jennifer S. designed an incredible space in our small kitchen and proceeded to further assist us with the logistics involved. We have found that Home Depot design center was a great place to get help with our project. And have enjoyed Jennifer S. throughout the process. She is reliable, high achieving and results oriented. We highly recommend Seaside Home Depot and their Design Team. Thanks Jennifer,

BUYERS BEWARE - DISHONEST, FRAUDULENT BUSINESS We used Sand…read moreCity Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry based on our contractors recommendation. We placed a very $$$$ order for custom maple wood Dewils cabinets and unfortunately, paid 70% down on 10/3/12 after being told this is the standard and will allow for the distributor to negotiate a better rate with the manufacturer. We were also given a definitive 6 week turn-around-time. 6 weeks came and went and we were given a handful of excuses from weather delays preventing delivery, delivery truck axel breaking down, and finally that Art Brost had submitted the cabinet colors incorrectly on week 8. The final straw was when Art Brost confessed on 12/5/12 that he had spent half of our down payment to pay bills AND that the order had never been placed with Dewils. (A contractor friend told me that this was a common practice... for smaller businesses to take down-payments and use the $ to leverage or float other projects.) Additionally, Art had the audacity to ask me for the remaining 30% so that production of the cabinets could commence. We have since filed a dispute with the credit card company, contacted the manufacturer and consulted an attorney who has advised us that what they did was simple THEFT especially since the initial order was never placed. Upon further investigation, we found that we were not the first victims... there are at least 3 other customers this has happened to...Art and Jorge are basically running a ponzi scheme. I don't care if Art Brost claims 44 years in the industry, his legacy will end with him as a liar and cheat.

Primarily an expensive bathtub that they sold to me a one of the most durable tubs for the price of a 1000.00. They do have some beautiful things in their store but beware after the sale you are on your own. Management made it very clear that all responsibility lies on the customer and whomever installed. I think this is why they said they don't do installation. We have followed every direction they gave us and a crack appeared in our tub by the drain. When I felt it, the top material felt paper thin. So much for the solid tub. When I called he gave me the number for permanent ceram and would not help me at all practically hanging up on me. I had called before about it feeling a bit un sturdy. Even after I had purchased things, when I would question anything they were defensive. Really bad customer service. Mean. They do not stand behind their products. This is my experience with them. Will never refer or go back again.

It was important to me to be able to see and compare products as well as ask questions. The sales reps were great; no pressure, but willing to answer any questions and point me in the right direction. What is prompting me to write this review, though, is Del Rey's follow-up service. Four years after purchasing Newport Brass brand products from Del Rey (shower and sink fixtures), they developed leaks and my plumber said the defective parts should be under warranty. My plumber said to call Newport Brass directly, which I did. I got a customer service rep who was reasonably helpful, but was unsure if I needed one or two parts, so she transferred me to someone in technical support. That person treated me with incredible rudeness. He raised his voice at me and ultimately told me to call the store where I bought the products. I was shocked. I in no way deserved such treatment. I almost cried it felt so upsetting. So, I called Del Rey Plumbing. I explained the problems my plumber had identified and explained how rudely I was spoken to when I called Newport Brass. The customer service rep at Del Rey was incredibly upset on my behalf. Not only did she take action to get the replacement parts, she assured me she would be talking to her Newport Brass rep about the unacceptable customer service from his company. I wouldn't buy Newport Brass products again, but I would replace them and anything else at Del Rey Plumbing any day! :)
