Atlas sell a wide range of DIY and Gardening products, they have a display of plants and garden furniture outside the shop. The shop is quite large inside and sells a lot of different things. I wouldn't say Atlas was the cheapest shop, we'd usually be more inclined to go to Wilkinson's but Atlas is closer so when we need something ASAP we tend to shop there.

My having received my small order, which was smashed to pieces due to his warehouse staff utter incompetence and total failure to pack it correctly, I contacted his company sending clear photos and was told I would get a refund. However, the refund I got was minus the cost of VAT AND DELIVERY. I Then reminded them of their obligations stating that I should not be charged for a delivery of totally unusable goods and also as the order had not be supplied " fit for purpose and as described" nor should I have to pay VAT. To date this character and his ludicrous staff who no doubt are under instruction from him, TO NOT REFUND THE DELIVERY CHARGE EVEN IF IT IS THEIR FAULT DUE TO THEIR CHOICE OF CARRIER AND THE APPALLING PACKING BY TRULYPVC STAFF, have refused to refund me the cost of delivery and the vat element. Clearly the attitude is that small orders are irrelevant, and this Tony Benson "ceo"considers it perfectly normal to charge a delivery cost and VAT FOR GOODS FROM HIS COMPANY THAT ARE TOTALLY USELESS DUE TO HIS INABILITY TO CONTROL WAREHOUSE PACKING STAFF. Still took £10 for 2 day delivery knowing they couldn't honor it, went as far as to send a dispatch confirmation for delivery the following day??!!Owner agreed in correspondence that their website and confirmation was 'misleading' and in the next breath tried to blame me for not reading information that WASN'T THERE...I have never dealt with such an obnoxious, rude and downright aggressive man, because I complained, he stopped the delivery (midway) and had it returned to his company... I am currently waiting for a refund, he's had my money a week so far & no reply to e-mails...BE WARNED!
