I reckon it had been cut at least a week previously. so much for their 'cut the day before delivery' promise on the website. They also advertise next day delivery when, in fact, they only deliver on a Friday. My friend could not get through to them and when he did manage to contact them, was given such a load of bulls##t in reply! Non-existant customer service, he ended having to claim his money back via his credit card. Don't touch this firm with a barge-pole.

Then when I found a good match, they were happy to run off a quote, print it out and give it to me with no obligation. Obviously I was going to go to their competitors with this information but they didn't seem to mind one bit - and when I came back to them to haggle, they were quite obliging!
