I was nervous to drop her off for the 2 week board and train, but I can honestly say that it was worth every penny and I am still in shock at how much she learned. When I dropped her off she would pull on the leash and could not be left unattended for any amount of time because she would get into everything! Now she walks by my side (even off leash), sits and stays until released, does "place" on a raised area (stays until released) and no longer jumps at anything and everything that walks near her! She learned 7 commands (sit, down, come, release, heel, place and off). I am so happy :-). I will be recommending Kerry and off leash training to everyone I know who gets a dog. Prior to finding Superdogs we had tried three other dog care facilities and each were sub par. We then tried at home pet care but this left our dog alone most of the day. Out of necessity we decided to give Superdogs a go and it turned out to be a great decision. In the previous daycares our dog would put the breaks on and it would take two people to drag him in. With Superdogs he couldn't get through the door fast enough! He suffered from hip dysplasia and the staff were always very attentive to this issue, and made sure he didn't overexert himself. Without me even asking they had a corner set up with additional foam floor cushioning to support his heavy bones. Over the years they have continually gone the extra mile. When I was pregnant they helped me get my dog out of my car whenever they spotted me pull up, if I forgot dogs treats or food they would have it covered or if they noticed my dogs nails were a tad bit too long they would trim them without a thought. Judy the owner e-mailed me a month or so ago asking how Walter was doing as she hadn't seen him in while. We hadn't brought him to Superdogs as he was having issues standing due to advanced age. At her previous daycare, everyone loved her and always commented on what a sweet dog she was. Her veterinarian's office has always spoken highly of her as well. We only made the switch because the location was more convenient. Looking back, we should have trusted our instincts. As soon as we arrived, she didn't want to go inside. I actually had to carry her through the door, which is completely out of character for her. When we picked her up, instead of speaking with us privately, a staff member criticized our dog at length in front of other customers. We were told she had to be continually reprimanded, kept on a leash, and eventually spent most of the day alone in a crate. This was shocking to hear, especially since we have never received feedback like this from her previous daycare or her veterinary team. When I tried to explain that this had never happened before and that everyone who has cared for her has always described her as a sweet dog, I was interrupted with, "Will you let me finish?" before the criticism continued. The entire conversation felt condescending and took place in front of other customers, which was embarrassing and unnecessary. Whether or not our dog was a good fit for this daycare, the way we were treated was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy and compassion. We were also disappointed to be told that, after being kept on a leash, she ultimately spent most of the day alone in a crate. That was certainly not what we expected when we paid for a full day of daycare. We understand that difficult conversations sometimes need to happen, but they should be handled respectfully and privately. I hope they reconsider how they communicate with pet owners in the future because no one should leave feeling embarrassed the way we did.

He gets rest time. So she rotates dogs for a more enjoyable day. If you have a large long-haired dog, don't be shocked when he's there all day. I drop off by 8 AM and he's done typically by 5pm. As I said we dropped her off 8:15 they did not even start on her til 4:15, we finally got her at 5:00pm. . This is unacceptable they could have easily called us and told us when they were ready for Roxy but for whatever bad reason they traumatized and old dog. I thought it would be convenient to have Cadence picked up and dropped off, and I expected her to go to a daycare facility. Heck, no! Mobile doggie daycare means awesome field trips! It's like summer camp! Cadence is a Treeing Walker Coonhound with boundless energy and she shines in the woods and in the company of other dogs. Even if I don't have a need for daycare I will send her because she enjoys it so much.

We've boarded in three different states in multiple facilities, and each time its just full of trauma, and if our dogs could report us to an abuse agency they would do just that. When arrive at Country Club both of my pets are eager to go inside. They are greeted like family members, and they immediately run to the back of the facility so they can go to the outdoor area. We've also done grooming too, and our dogs look great and they are not freaked out. We use Country Club for boarding at least four times a year. If we didn't have them we would have a very difficult time going anywhere without our dogs. Finding Country Club has been a huge difference for us.

They were also very caring and concerned about my needs as well as my cats needs. I then needed to use this regular vet service because I was thinking my cat had allergy problems while the day before my visit was scheduled. Something had happened to his back end where he was limping. They still took him in under the appointment that I had booked for his allergies. I had a first thing in the morning appointment and they were very busy even at that point I waited about a half hour after my appointment before the vet tech came in. She did some ear swabs to check for an allergy or to check for an infection and then I waited an additional 20 minutes before the results could come back andthe vet to come in the room both Treated me with care and compassion as well as they did my cat they gave me some medication's, They talked me through the treatment plan what they thought it might be. They told me that my cat did have a heart murmur which was new to me and they recommended an echocardiogram which cost around $500.Dollars. I'm willing to go ahead and do that. To provide the proper care that my cat will need moving forward with his life he is only four years old. I did ask about an x-ray for his back area due to the limping. The doctor said I could if I wanted to pay the $250 but she felt that it wasn't necessary. Let's work with the medication's first and then we'll go ahead and do the x-ray if need be and I was OK with that. She said if the injury was very severe, he wouldn't have intermediate limping he would be lame and not moving and intolerable to discomfort. So, with all this being said, I did need to make some phone calls to the vet once I started the medication and to talk over some things that I had questions about after the visit and all of my phone calls were returned and they were all met with my satisfaction and my cats. He's doing much better. We just have to run the course of the medication. I hope that anybody else who uses this veterinarian service has the same encounter me, and my handsome fella have had

My sweet ringneck dove, Peppermint, was injured and starting to show signs of an infection, and I was absolutely terrified. Birds are so delicate and incredibly good at hiding illness until it's too late, so I immediately started calling around trying to find a vet who would even see a bird. Most clinics don't, but thankfully, Bedford Pet Urgent Care told me they could see her the very same day. From the moment we arrived, I felt so reassured. The receptionist was incredibly kind. When I needed to step away to use the restroom while waiting to see the vet, she offered to have Peppermint stay with her at the front desk and interacted with her so sweetly. That level of compassion meant so much to me. The vet we saw, Dr. Penraat, was absolutely wonderful. He handled Peppermint with such gentleness and care that she immediately trusted him (so much so that she happily perched on his head after the exam to show her affection). Watching how calm and comfortable she was with him truly spoke volumes. Dr. Penraat quickly identified the issue and prescribed effective medication, which worked amazingly well. Peppermint was noticeably better in less than a week. I was beyond relieved and so grateful for the excellent care she received. To my fellow bird owners in New Hampshire: I highly recommend them. This was hands down the best veterinary experience I've ever had. Finding a vet who is knowledgeable, comforting, and genuinely caring with birds is so rare, and Dr. Penraat is truly exceptional. He is friendly, thorough, and makes both pets and owners feel completely at ease. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my sweet bird. This experience truly meant the world to me and was definitely a standout one!
