Holly can be extremely opinionated and rude. We found that out after we had an emergency and…read moreneeded her to come by which she did. That's one facet of having a pet sitter is if something comes up and u need someone. She lashed out at my wife and I questioning why we didn't have them being watched which we did and she made us explain ourselves that we were away and our flight was late etc etc. we had someone staying at the home and the dogs were Alone for a whole 6 hours when we found out our flight was going to be late. People leave their dogs for 8-10 hours a day while they work. She questioned us like we were children We are 50 year old professional adults and have had dogs our whole life. I think she is rude because she doesn't know who "she" is. She's a dog walke. I'm sure so proud. Have no idea but very happy to never have to use her again. Like we would ever use her again anyways. Just aggressively rude. 2 star because she actually showed up but again she thinks she is "gods gift to animal care" Back to her response to me. All of that info which I didn't take the time to read it all still has zero to do with just how rude she was.

Holly has been our saving grace and most trusted person we have welcomed into our life (and our…read moredogs' lives.) We have had her in our family since 2013. We can rely and trust her to care for our boys at a moment's notice (if something happens) or 6-8 months in advance if we're planning a trip away or a summer concert and it's December. She was with us during the loss of our beloved Ronin this past June 2019 when he passed of lymphoma. She came by on his last day to say goodbye and then made him a beautiful shadow box with all of the photos she had taken of him over the years. We all cried together and she truly does think of your dogs like one of her own. When we are away of course we miss the dogs but we never once worry or wonder how they are when Holly is caring for them. She knows their routines, their personalities, lets us know if they are off, or if they are okay, or sad, or miss us. The boys absolutely lose their mind (in a good way) when she comes to see them which makes us feel so good. I have absolutely no idea as to these "rude" comments from the other poster. Holly is not just a "dog walker." She knows animals, behavior, traits. We give her a key to our home. We trust her in our house and with our kids (lets be honest, our dogs are our kids.) She is so much more than a "pet sitter." She is considered to be a member of our family. Her companionship and love for our dogs is incredible. She is reliable, personable, sends us photos while we are away, lets us know how the boys are, leaves us notes, I could go on. Holly, we thank you. We love you - and the boys love you too!

I can not say enough good things about this company! My husband and I were getting ready to go on a…read moretrip out of the country and needed someone to watch and take care of our 7 month old golden doodle, Chloe. We searched the internet and found Top Dog Pet Sitting Service! This company were not only very responsive, including the owner, but they did an outstanding job in reassuring us that our puppy was in great hands! We started by making an account and profile on Chloe and it was so easy and user friendly! We then chose our time of day we wanted them to come and our preferences of how many times and how long we wanted the pet sitter to stay. When everything was booked, we met Cassandra and Alisha and Chloe loved them RIGHT away! That was something my husband and I really liked, is that the sitters who would be watching her, met her prior to us going away. All of this happened in a span of 2 weeks since our original plans of who would watch Chloe fell through. During the trip, Cassandra and Alisha were AMAZING! We received email updates with pictures after every bedtime visit (we chose 3 visits a day with just one update but you can customize to however you want!). Those pictures and updates are what got us through the week! It was great because the girls not only cleaned up fuzz and animal pieces from her toys, but also helped clean the containers that had her food in them. During that week, Chloe was on a special diet of chicken and rice as well as medicine and a powder probiotic. the girls did WONDERFUL with managing that entire situation. Jessica, the owner was also beyond amazing for getting back to us so quickly when it was the day before we left for our vacation and she had to be put on all of this medicine and special diet. This company was amazing and we will most definitely be using them again in the future and going to be requesting the same 2 girls since Chloe loved them so much! I cannot recommend this company enough for all of your dog sitting and pet needs!!! :)

We have been using Sendaishi's boarding services for nearly two decades without incident, and…read more"mostly friendly" service. As someone who once worked at a boarding facility, I keep realistic expectations about how much special attention my dogs are going to get. It is very demanding physical work, especially when they are at capacity. If my dog was seriously incapacitated or needed life-saving meds, I would find a different facility that caters to that. We had Max in their daycare program, which he loved, but after a few visits, he was asked not to come back because he was "leaning" on the staff. He's 150-lbs, and leaning is his love language. Since that's 50-lbs more than the average employee there, I totally get it.

I do not recommend boarding your dogs at Sendaishi. We…read moretrusted Sendaishi with our beloved one-year-old and 3.5-year-old dogs, both of whom are sweethearts, and had a horrible surprise on pickup 3 days later - my one-year-old had a limp from an injury that a couple hours caused her leg to swell up to twice the size her leg should be. The woman at the front desk at pickup (who I believe was the owner) was rude, barely spoke to me other than taking my credit card, and had no reasonable explanation for how my dog got injured - while she stated my older dog nipped at her, the vet told us that it was not consistent with a bite wound after he examined her. My dogs came home smelling so horrible and were so dirty that we had to bathe them before we could give them the cuddles that they clearly had been lacking for their entire stay. Sendaishi's website says they give dogs love and affection during their stay, but ours couldn't stop shaking and clinging to us when we got them back. They also drank what had to be a gallon of water each as soon as we got them into the house. Luckily, we have pet insurance to cover most of the cost of the urgent vet trip, her pain medication, and antibiotics and she's starting to put weight on her injured leg after a few days. Save yourself the trouble, cost, and heartbreak and don't bring your loved fur babies here.
